As you noted, we did our best to remedy the situation by providing a minifridge; however, we sincerely apologize that we were unable to completely resolve this issue during your stay. That said, we did want to be sure that you felt like Outpost responded thoroughly to the situation, which is why we refunded you for this inconvenience. Since your stay, we have replaced the refrigerator, and we are glad to report that the new appliance has been installed and is fully functioning.
