“This place is great. The property was nice, clean, and quiet. I was visiting my son (U.S. Marine), and we enjoyed it very much. The a/c went out and the owner was there in minutes and fixed it right up. The house had everything we needed, from coffee to paper towels, and dishes. Bedding was nice and comfortable. If you want a home feel away from home, then this is the spot. It is not far from downtown but far enough, so the traffic is not crazy. ”

“Property was amazing!! Very convenient for our daughter who is in the Marine Corps to meet us for a short visit. The cabin is absolutely beautiful and clean. We so enjoyed having the canoe access as well as the fire pit. I cannot say enough good things about this little piece of heaven back in the woods! The history was a plus too, Jim was kind enough to tell us all about it!! We will definitely be back!!!! ”

“The owners are absolutley the example of what hospitality should be. They not only provided a few perks that was not expected but they were wonderful to hang out with. They are also very respectfull to your privacy as well. Very laid back and very cool. The pool, fire pit and charcol grill just made it feel very exclusive. We will return to visit them again.”
