Tucked into a quiet four-unit building backing up to Fort Clinch State Park, this multilevel condo offers partial ocean views, a community pool, and a five-minute walk to the beach. Historic downtown Fernandina is just a short drive away. One-month minimum required.

This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo with a bonus room is thoughtfully laid out across multiple levels, giving everyone in your group their own space to settle in. The main living area is open and light-filled, with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table that seats the whole group. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, granite countertops, and generous cabinet and pantry space — everything you need to feel at home for the long stay. Please note, the bonus room does not have egress windows.

The primary suite is on the upper level with a king bed, ocean views, and a private balcony — a natural place to start your morning with coffee and salt air. The ensuite bathroom includes a double vanity and tub/shower combo. Also on the upper level, a guest bedroom offers a queen and a twin bed with its own ensuite bath with walk in shower. On the main level, an additional guest bedroom features a queen bed with easy access to the full bathroom with a walk in shower on that floor.

Outside, the community pool is steps from the back patio, and Fort Clinch borders the property, giving the whole building a tucked-away, nature-adjacent feel. Hiking, biking, and kayaking are all within easy reach when you're ready to explore beyond the beach.
