  • Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.Amazing location on corner from star bucks coffee about 5 minutes from Atlantic beach , Next to Queen Harbert most expensive neighborhood in area . House completely remodeled , New kitchen nice wood floors Jacuzzi is available but will need to be pre-order with Extra $20 fee Due per day taking about 10h to Warm it ,my cash app ( $stepstasiuk Stepan Stasiuk )or If there are any undisclosed guests, there will be $500fees

    I was able to have a good place to stay while visiting for my birthday from college and had really nice bedrooms

    We found the property to be all that it said it would. It was clean and comfortable, with everything that we needed for our stay. I would recommend it for anyone.

    Double booked

    We showed up after a long flight, that had been communicated with owner at length - only for another family to already be staying there!! Totally wrecked our trip!! Do not recommend

    Short get away

    The house was very nice for a family. It was very clean but lacked the amenities like a coffee maker and grill (not accessible to use), and did not have any type of paper towels or laundry detergent. Hot tub- it would have been nice to use but unfortunately after sending messages to the owner if the hot tub was going to be available. The owner responded. Yes it would be but did not remind us to send the extra money required per day.

    Ok property

    Hot tub did not have any water. Garage is full of stuff so you can’t park inside. Couldn’t get any of the tvs to work

    Pretty, nice location BUT with some issues

    Firstly there are many positives like the location, plenty of space for everyone, good size beds. But we were disappointed in a few things. First thing we noticed was that there were hardly any towels provided, we had 8 people in our party and the towels that were left were not enough for everyone and no wash clothes. Secondly, I got in the shower and noticed there was no shower gel at all to wash with and unfortunately had to use shampoo to clean myself and both the shampoo and conditioner in the containers looked old, had a white crust on it, and like it needed to be replaced. There were not any nice touches like coffee for in the morning or anything like that. Lastly and the main thing that bothered us was there were roaches. Not just one, but in a matter of a few minutes we saw several crawling on the walls throughout the house and it worried us that we would be taking them home with us. I contacted the host the next day about everything, I'm not usually one to complain, and wanted to give them a chance to make it right before posting this but all they said was if we needed anything we could always ask. I let them know that I couldn't ask because it was after midnight by the time we arrived and if they could possibly make it right NOW and no response. It's now been over a month and still no reply so I'm leaving this review. The place has potentional but I have to say is one of the most disappointing ones I've stayed at in a while because of those things I listed.
