The Space:

The townhouse offers a comfortable layout with multiple spaces for relaxation and rest. The sleeping arrangements include the living room with a sofa sleeper, a guest bedroom, and a loft bedroom. While the guest bedroom and loft bedroom are connected, there is privacy for up to four guests. The townhouse can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire townhouse, which includes a private entrance and carport. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and two and a half bathrooms. Enjoy the convenience of in-unit laundry with a washer and dryer. Step outside onto the patio or balcony to enjoy the views. As part of the Fairfield Harbour community, you'll also have access to the Broad Creek Recreation Center, which features indoor and outdoor pools, miniature golf, a gym, sauna, and hot tub. For those who enjoy outdoor activities, bike and kayak rentals, pickleball, tennis, volleyball, and basketball are available. There's also a path behind the townhouse that goes around the lake, perfect for a relaxing stroll.



The Neighborhood:

The community is a resort with two pools, tennis courts, biking,

kayaking, boating, golf and fishing on-site.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy! Our townhouse is conveniently located near the recreation center, just a 5-minute walk away. Downtown New Bern, with its shops, restaurants, and historical sites, is a quick 15-minute drive. You'll find two parking spaces right in front of the townhome. Plus, the area is very walkable, and you can rent bikes at the recreation center for a fun way to explore.

Please note that the Wi-Fi information can be found on the dining table. A guestbook with details about local attractions and information about the condo is available on the coffee table for your convenience.



Interaction with Guests:

For any questions or needs during your stay, we're available to assist you. Our office is open from 8 AM to 6 PM for key pick-up and amenity information. For urgent matters, onsite security is available 24 hours a day.
