Morning staff did not want to be bothered when I asked a question, fire alarm went off at 6 am and fire department came and no explanation or apology, no food on breakfast bar when it had still had a couple hours to go.

Thank you for taking the time to leave comments regarding your recent stay with us. I am sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. I will share this feedback with my front desk staff to handle these types of situations differently in the future. Also, I understand that the fire alarm going off at such an early time can be frustrating. It went off due to a piece of burnt toast in the breakfast area and, once deemed safe, our panel was not able to be silenced from our end. Therefore, the fire department assisted us in silencing the alarm. At the moment, we do not have a full time breakfast attendant, so front desk has to attend to both the desk and the breakfast area. Therefore, it can be difficult sometimes to keep up with the demand at both the desk and restocking the breakfast area. We are looking into fixing this issue by hiring another breakfast attendant. Again, I would like to apologize for failing to meet your expectations and we hope for a chance in the future to provide you with a more comfortable stay.

Customer Service was horrendous the night where I was due to check in I've called to reschedule the concierge or person at the desk was rude and didn't assist to help. the following day in the afternoon was calling to speak to a manager and had a representative of Expedia on the line as well trying to cancel my reservation the young lady at the desk was unpleasant and very unprofessional when requesting to speak to a manager or supervisor she refused and hung up the phone on both of us on 2 occasions. I've called back requesting her manager or will write to the regional manager her response was "Do what you got to do" and proceeded to end the call again by hanging up the phone. I would never recommend any family or friends to stay there.

Thank you for taking the time to leave comments regarding your experience with our property. I would like to apologize on behalf of my staff for this experience. However, I have looked into your reservation and discovered that you did not arrive for your April 3rd reservation. Therefore, you were still charged the no-show fee. There are no notes on our end or on Expedia that indicate you attempted to change or cancel your reservation until after your arrival date. Since your reservation had a 24 hour cancellation policy and it was not canceled by 3pm on April 2nd, you were still responsible for the payment. That is the reason a refund was not issued. There are also notes indicating that you were yelling at both of my staff who answered your phone calls. However, I will definitely have a conversation with my staff to ensure that these types of situations are handled differently in the future to prevent the escalation of emotions on both ends. Thank you again for submitting comments relating to your reservation.

Staff was friendly. Everything was clean and nice. My only complaint is the we were there for 3 nights and there was no maid service at all. We were out of the room most of the 2 full days we were there. Day one we figured that maybe we were not out during the appropriate 'window'. On day 2 we even saw the maid's cart a few doors down, but we came back and there had been no service to the room. I am not picky and don't expect a full top to bottom clean but fresh towels and emptied garbage during our stay would have been nice.

I looked into your reservation to see why your room was not serviced during your stay. Unfortunately, we are short-staffed at the moment and the two days that your room did not get serviced, each housekeeper that we have had 10+ checkouts each. Therefore, stayover service was not able to get done. However, front desk always has towels to provide if you ever need to exchange towels during your stay. Again, I am sorry that you experienced this and your comments will be shared with our housekeeping department to better handle these situations in the future.

Beds were comfortable but room & bedding definitely had a musty smell. Everything was clean but old. Fan in bathroom makes alot of noise but did nothing. Drain in tub didnt work. Staff was very nice and attentive.

I was disappointed in the quality of the rooms. I stayed in this same hotel 2 years ago and we had no problems. The first room I was assigned looked like the roof over the window was about to cave in from water damage, the ac didn't work, and it smelled damp and moldy. I was given a different room which was better, but there was evidence of water damage on the ceiling above the window as well. The window was open with the screen broken but I was able to close and lock it and since it didn't smell bad, I stayed. Whomever is in charge of maintenance needs to watch more YouTube videos, because the "repair" work, paint work, patch work was shoddy at best. Overspray of paint and construction material was all over the drapes, faucets and walls. If I hadn't been so tired, I would have gone to a different hotel. I will say that the room was very clean and comfortable enough - so there is no problem with housekeeping. The continental breakfast was surprisingly well stocked and very good.

I have made our maintenance department aware of the ceiling and A/C issues you had in your first room. Rest assured that this room is under the proper repairs. I have also contacted our window contractor to fix the windows in the second room you stayed in. Our maintenance department has also been made aware of the paint drips that you discovered in the room in order to remove them. We sincerely apologize for that appearance. Again, I am sorry to hear that your experience was not 100% positive. I hope that we can have another chance in the future to provide you with more comfortable lodging.

I looked into your account and it does not show a double charge. It shows where we pre-authorized the first night of your stay, and then authorized the remaining amount of your stay when you arrived on property. However, depending on your bank, the charges on your account may look different. I can assure you that anything that appears to be an extra charge will fall back into your account as it is an authorization rather than a posted sale. I appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter as I know authorizations can be quite frustrating. Again, I apologize for any inconvenience and hope for another chance to provide you with a more comfortable stay in the future.

Clean, comfortable room. Both evening and morning attendants were attentive and efficient. Wifi was good. Laundry was practical. Breakfast was quite impressive: apart from the usual cereals, toast, and bagels, there was yogurt, fruit cocktail, omelettes, sausage patties, prepared breakfast sandwiches, and a waffle maker.

Checking in was really easy and then employee at the service desk was so nice. In the room was really clean the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good

The Hotel is very nice and well priced, the only think is the bed full size for a couple should be a little bit bigger like a Queen size.

I am so happy that you had a positive stay and shared such kind words with us. Regarding the bed size, our hotel has only full size and king size beds. I completely understand that a full size bed can be a bit cramped. However, we can provide you with a bit more comfortable of a stay with our king beds. The hot water was not working in our room so they had to move us multiple times. Noisy neighbors in the conjoining room because it’s the only other room they had so we barely got to sleep any. The room we got moved into was a little dirty there’s was trash on the floor. Also the windows were broken and didn’t lock on the first floor… that’s a safety concern. There was black pieces coming out of the jets in the tub.

I am so sorry that your recent stay was anything but positive. I have addressed your concerns regarding the hot water and broken window with the maintenance department. Due to your very useful feedback, we were able to tackle and resolve these issues in a timely matter. I have also addressed the lack of cleanliness in your room and the dirty jets in the tub with the housekeeping department. Rest assured that the issues you have mentioned in your feedback have been resolved and we will use your feedback as we strive to provide a better guest experience for all of our guests. There was a weird smell in room 224 and the hot water ran out after a 5 minute shower! My wife had no hot water left for her shower. I've never had that happen in a hotel stay!

First, I would like to offer thanks for you taking the time to provide some comments regarding your recent stay with us. I would also like to deeply apologize for the odor of your room and the lack of hot water you experienced during your stay. I understand that these issues are very frustrating to deal with during a hotel visit. Rest assured that appropriate measures are being taken to address the odor problem and prevent future occurrences. Regarding the hot water concern, our maintenance department has looked into this and fixed this issue. We are also taking measures to ensure the water heaters remain in working condition. Again, thank you so much for your feedback and we hope to be able to provide you with a better lodging experience in the future.
