It was a quick weekend getaway. This location was close to everything we needed. The beach was 1 block away and great restaurants were walkable within 1.5 miles (others were closer). I was worried about on street parking but there were plenty of spots. The bed and the pillows were great and the shower had plenty of pressure. The hose left us with some snacks, stocked coffee station, and bottled water.

Good location, comfortable

The place was very comfortable, the shower was warm, towels and bed linens were clean! We had everything we needed and wish we could’ve stayed longer. I loved that there was no shortage of fans because as a person who sleeps with fans there was more than one option and it was lovely!

Thought we booked a condo, it was a room! Ok. But thermostats are in public hallway apparently which we were unaware of and froze the first night! Found extra blankets. Neighbors told us to enter around back, took us 2 days to know we didn’t have to. Parking maybe on street. Little things…

Great location!

Great spot close to the beach. I stayed for a work trip and had everything I needed, and the host supplies beach chairs and towels as well. Street parking is easy and was always very available so no need to worry about that! Will be back.

Great value in Jax Beach

The room we had was comfy and cute and had all the amenities we needed. Could have had better check in, the door we first fine had several code boxes and we weren't sure which one to use and we were given a code that did not work. Thank goodness we checked in when the cleaning staff was there to help us. Better signage at the street side door would have been helpful, either to to let us know what code box to use or to go around back to the other door.

Great stay by the beach!

I stayed here for a week and had a really great time! The unit was clean and nicely decorated. It was fairly spacious with a nice bathroom. The wifi was fast and allowed me to get work done during my stay. I really liked that water and a snack were provided for my arrival. Having a Keurig and fridge was helpful as well. I would have liked a microwave, but I'm assuming there's a reason why there isn't one in the unit. The location was great! It's a short walk to the beach so I was able to spend a lot of time there. I also walked to several restaurants in the area. Although Publix isn't super close, I walked there for some groceries and enjoyed the walk on the beach to get there. I'd highly recommend renting a bike from Champion Cycling so that you can see more of the area. Overall, would recommend staying here.

Everything was wonderful! The only thing we weren't aware of the first night is that the thermostat is in the hallway, so it was sweltering in our room! However, our host responded within the hour when I texted at 6 am about the temperature. Would definitely stay here again!

It’s situated in a great area.everything is walkable.the property itself is more of a second rate motel room not a studio apartment as advertised.saw a roach and no microwave.this day and age what room doesn’t have at least a microwave.
