Family Christmas in Paradise

Serenity Point was above our expectations and more than we could have imagined. Maria and Sophia helped us with anything we needed from a surprise birthday party to booking our many adventures. I would highly recommend renting a golf cart for running into town.

The ultimate stay

The property was amazing next to the beach, and next to everything. We were a group of 12 and we had a blast. It has an outdoor bar that was absolutely really good for getting together making plans, and for hanging out after a night out. The security was great with a guard at night. The winner is the concierge service we had. It was absolutely fantastic.

14 friends came for our annual Mancation and it was an amazing time.

The entire experience was fantastic Jalynn and Sophiee from JacoVIP were top notch ad made everything easy. My team and I didn't have to want for anything.

Great for family reunion

We were 23 - mostly Canadians - with a mix of five children families and their grandkids. The space was perfect... Pictures were accurate. Even better in person. We would come back. Pool awesome. We got the Gold Package from Jaco VIP and the chef service for half the meals. Would have ordered a couple more. Casino next door has four or five restaurants. Jaco VIP concierge always at touch of WhatsApp to get us what we needed. Beach incredible although rough for little ones. Tour to Manuel Antonio park great. Crocodile tour great. Older kids loved the zip and ATVs. We would highly recommend.

Great place and excellent location

I stayed in this massive home with 15 of my closest friends and we had a great time. If you can afford it I would recommend the double diamond all inclusive package from Jaco VIP. The food cooked by the chefs was great. We had more food than we were able to eat. The driver was available for any trip we wanted to make. I am a travelling man and this is one of the best trips I've ever taken. Costa Rica doesn't owe me anything. I will be back in the next 6 months.

Great family vacation in Jaco CR.

Took a family of 23 and stayed at Serenity Point for a week in December 2019. Property is in a great location on the North end of Jaco beach. Fifteen rooms worked out great for a family of 23. The swimming pool was terrific to have on the property. Rooms were good and very clean. Staff were very helpful. The kitchen is a bit aged, but everything else was in excellent shape. They add on fees that you usually don't see but maybe this is the usual for Costa Rica. Over all very satisfied with the property and especially the location.

Awesome Bachelor Party Trip. Thannk you Jaco VIP!

Totally awesome time at Serenity point and now in the books as the best bachelor party trip any of us in this group have ever been on !!The property itself was much larger than we expected. The beachfront location was awesome too and you have your own gate by the pool that you just walk through and boom.. you're on the beach! All the bedrooms were good size and the beds were real comfortable. The swimming pool was pretty large and perfect for our pool party. The overall layout of the place was great for our group of 12 dudes and there was way plenty of room to party, move around and chill. We booked this trip through Jaco VIP and could'nt be happier! What a knock out job their while team did from the planning phase all the way through the whole trip. Bobby, Jalynn ad Angela were great over the phone and emails getting this whole thing planned. When we arrived at the airport they had a nice big mini-bus waiting for us and took us to Jaco. The girls in the Jaco VIP office, MJ and Samantha were really sweet and made the whole check in routine easy. The Jaco VIP concierges that were with us Day and Night ( Saraya and Maria) were the best. Great service from both of them the whole time, always making sure we had what we needed, we got to where we needed to go, didn't go where we shouldn't go, and guided us through the whole nightlife scenes, VIP bottle service and our ATV and Zip-line tours. Can't forget the Jaco VIP personal Chef we had. His name was Manuel and this Chef cooked meals for us that were at a whole different level and went way beyond what we ever expected. He is a hell of a Sushi Chef too. BBQ, Mexican, Costa Rican, Seafood, Italian you name it and he hit a home run with it every meal. Can't thank Jaco VIP enough and can't recommend their services and their houses highly enough. If you are planning or thinking about a Bachelor Party trip to Costa Rica do your trip right and contact Jaco VIP and let them handle everything! Jaco is awesome and we loved Costa Rica in general

Perfect place in paradise for our group of 14

Everyone in our group loved Serenity Point and Jaco Beach. It was a perfect pick for our bachelor party group of 14 . I was put in charge of picking the housing for this trip and was under a lot of pressure to pick a good place for the group. The pictures of Serenity Point do it no justice and we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the whole layout, location and everything about the place. The property itself was huge and private and everything was really close by and easy to get to. Bedrooms were furnished nicely and very clean. Showers are huge! Internet worked fine the whole stay. The pool area is fantastic and you can see and hear the ocean waves crash while you're relaxing in the pool. The Poolside bar and party hut was great and got a lot of use by our group. Jalynn and Angela were really nice and helpful through the whole booking process and had everything lined up and organized for us before we arrived. Check in was easy and we were assigned 2 concierges from Jaco VIP ( one daytime and one night time) which turned out to be a huge help in making this such a great vacation for all of us. They showed us around Jaco, taught us everything about the area and the best places to go and where not to go, and checked on us constantly to make sure we always had plenty of Ice, beer, drinks, or whatever we needed. We got exceptional service from everyone at Jaco VIP from the time we arrived until we left. Between the house, the property, the service and the whole experience with the Jaco VIP staff, we couldn't have asked for more, or had a better time. Thank you again!
