Hola gracias por su comentario el Internet fue en toda la región después las lluvias fuertes. Lo siento por el ruido, estamos ubicados en el centro, tiene muchas aventajas, pero de vez en cuando inconvenientes como lo esta mencionando. El asunto del agua caliente es mi entera culpa y podía haber solucionado fácilmente: el mantenimiento había puesto un calentador nuevo de paquete, y había olvidado abrir la llave. Si me lo había dicho, yo lo haría arreglado en segundos. Lo siento mucho por todos estos inconvenientes. recibe mis excusas sinceras saludos cordiales hugo
