El personal es excelente y la limpieza de las habitaciones está bastante bien, pero las toallas son un poco viejas. El desayuno es bueno y variado.

Good location

easy to find this hotel...near food court bed, pillows smells detergent.. bathroom bit dark and i suggest to add curtain inside the bathroom.

check in quite fast. got a room in the corner which has a noisy ac. my wife complaint it to me in the morning coz we check in very late. she couldnt sleep. thus overall not a good stay.

The service was impeccable. The staff was very polite and prompt. The room was a bit tired however. And the breakfast food was a bit monotone (the chicken was especially chewy).

隔音效果太差

普通的平價旅館，離central park購物中心搭計程車只要10分鐘距離，缺點是房間隔音效果太差，整夜都聽到街道的車子引擎聲、喇叭聲等等，非常吵，整晚都無法入睡。

Reasonable & Decent Hotel outside Jakarta CBD area

Hotel room is rather new & staffs are friendly. Considering the price, it's value for money. In addition, there is a food court just right beside the hotel. Toiletries are put into a single paper seal bag. Inside this package consists of (1) Tooth Brush and (2) Small piece of Soap only. No other toiletries, such as, cotton buds, shaver or anything.

Quiet, but quite far if there is traffic.

Hotel was pretty standard for a budget Indonesian hotel. It is a little better as it's a part of an international chain, however, don't expect too much. Service was fine, food for breakfast was better than some places (Although still main stream indonesian style). Traffic can be a nightmare at Harmoni and there is nothgin local, so you need a taxi or brave the busway. Overall, not bad, but not great.

Great Service for A Budget Hotel!

I stayed in Amaris for ten days to visit my family in Jakarta. For a budget hotel, the service was fantastic! The staff was so friendly, polite, and ready to help me as quickly as they could. The room was clean and I especially liked the feel of the bathroom. It may not have a spa or a swimming pool, but it had everything that I needed. Keep up the good work and I plan to stay there again during my next visit!

very quiet environment, close to bus station

I stay two night. and feel good. Breakfast is rich and convenient to access bus for city travel. clean room and clean bath room. 24 hrs quard. Safe deposit in room. A food square just beside for western and traditional food, an dit open till mid night. I don't see other things we will request for beyond.

Decent value for money

The room was reasonably clean, comfortable bed, good breakfast, friendly staff and there were a good number of eating options within a 15 minute walk, in addition to reasonably priced food for purchase at the hotel. On the other hand, the sound of the elevator ding was audible 24 hours per day in our room. We were amazed at how much that elevator was going up and down, beeping at every floor all night long. Also, the internet cut out a bit too often and slowed down quite a bit at times too.

Intro to Indonesia in Jakarta

After a gruelling flight from the UK I just wanted a clean, comfortable and friendly hotel. This was the case. The staff taught me some Bahasa Indonesian and were only too helpful. Pity they couldn't help the flow of traffic around the place which was ridiculous!

nice budget hotel

a good quality of budget hotel .. the price considered cheap, the location is very nice, close to mall and public transport. The room is quite clean, and the staff perform their job properly. the variety of the breakfast also good enough for me. the only slight inconvenience for me is just the wifi signal sometimes unstable, but still acceptable.

Het verblijf is mij prima bevallen. Het concept van de Amaris hotels is oké. Veel jonge mensen die het hotel runnen. Het ontbijt is grootst echter in de ochtend voor mij geen warme hap. Maar gelukkig ook een geroosterde boterham. De locatie vond ik wat minder maar in deze inmense stad met gigantische verkeersproblemen zal het bij heel veel hotels niet anders zijn. Prima service en een goed concept. Veel Aziatische gasten.

Clean hotel with friendly staff -- good breakfasts

It was a good stopover hotel but not in a great part of time. I would have liked laundry facilities, but all in all a good value for money.
