Found a cockroach in my room. Linen dont look very clean. The manager was apologetic. The staff was reasonable to me during my stay and i didnt get any rude treatment. Theres a club in the hotel with loud music. I booked this hotel for my transit through Jakarta. I wouldnt stay for extended nights or with family.

Good

The all staff were kind and the English conversation at the front desk was smooth. There were not many tissues left, and the changing period of the sheets was slightly long, but overall it was hygienic and I could spend a comfortable time. The taste of breakfast was a bit disappointing.

电视机出问题没解决

这是第二次入住这个酒店，本来对酒店很满意，可是这次入住后发现电视机有问题，有声音没图像！两个小时内打了2次电话通知前台，前台每次承诺马上派人来解决，可是一直到次日退房都没人来修！

B Fashion...A bargain by Jkt standards

Our second stay at this hotel. My wife and I were in Jkt for a wedding so we did not spend much time in the hotel. It is located a five minute walk from a great mall. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Desk staff was responsive and expedient. The rooms are smallish but fine for a few nights in Jkt without busting the bank account. Probably one of Jkt's best values in this area. Generally the room was very clean. Neither the shower or sink drain worked properly, causing water to flood on the floor or in the bowl. A request to have the drains cleared did not get a successful repair. Wifi was good. The TV was blurry on every channel. Not many in English are offered so we did not even use it...a loser. Breakfast has been improved. The room where it is served is very small and narrow with limited seating. We found if we got there too late, seating became a challenge. Overall, a decent, excellently located hotel. We will return.

Unwanted Lullaby and RUDE Front Office Officer

Stayed at B Fashion Hotel for 2 nights for a business purpose in Jakarta. The hotel is located on the 11th and 12th stories. 1st story is the hotel lobby and 2nd story is a nightclub. On the 12th story is where the restaurant and bar located too. Unfortunately, our room was located next to the bar and it has live music up to 1am. We called up the front office regarding the noise, however there was no any solutions offered and we were forced to stayed up to 1am because of the live band next door. We had a morning flight after that.. During checkout, the process was even more maddening. The front office lady, Ms Yuliana, accused us for taking the water bottle in the fridge. In our defence, we did not consume the water and had bought 6 water bottles from outside. Ms Yuliana called up the housekeeper and we overheard she said, '..next time do check properly, don't do any mistakes anymore'. Simply put, the housekeeper made a mistake in counting right? However, we asked Ms Yuliana after her phone call whether the bottled of water was taken, she simply returned our full deposit and claimed that she'd forgo the incident. Not even an apology. Please note, the supervisor was present during the whole incident and did not offer any solution. All in all, if you're looking for a room that comes with unwanted lullaby and extremely rude Front Office officer, this is definitely the hotel to go to. But if you're looking for a stress free hotel, this is a big no.

Hotel en bordeel onder één dak

Het hotel heeft 12 verdiepingen, maar alleen op de 11e en 12e etage zijn de hotelkamers. De andere verdiepingen bestaan uit een nachtclub, karaoke en een spa. De spa op de 9e verdieping is niet gratis omdat het een gedeelte alleen voor mannen is. In de spa kan je gebruik maken van het zwembad, maar er zitten ook vrouwen die seks aanbieden. Daarnaast is het ook mogelijk om meisjes te kiezen via een foto op een telefoon voor een "massage" of seks. De prijs voor een "massage"kamer is inbegrepen, de diensten van de dames niet. De hotelkamers zijn in orde, het ziet er netjes en schoon uit. Het nadeel vond ik dat naast het hotel (bij de niet rokerskamers) een cementcentrale zit die 24 uur per dag in bedrijf is. Vooral de bulldozer met achteruitrijdpiep is zeer irritant in de nacht. Het ontbijt is redelijk, maar voor mij te koud om het veilig te kunnen eten.
