"My recent stay was marred by two significant issues that impacted my trip.
First, a major discrepancy occurred at check-in. I had a confirmation for a two-night stay including breakfast, but was informed the reservation was only for one night. I am concerned about what caused this error, as it reflects on the reliability of your booking process.
Second, the integrity of my non-smoking room was compromised. The moment I opened the door, I noticed a distinct tobacco smell, which was later confirmed by visible burn marks on the carpet. This was disappointing and negatively affected my comfort.
I must commend your staff for their friendly demeanor throughout. However, their positivity could not compensate for the core failures in reservation management and room quality control. I hope this feedback helps you improve your processes."
