Helpful staff, nice cozy room, I had the single room, good location in a residential cluster with lots of restaurants and not on a busy main street. Water dispenser, whixh saves plastic waste

Location is near business district but getting to hotel is a bit of a hassle with narrow roads. No electricity upon our arrival though power back on after 15 mins or so. room comfortable but cobwebs in the bathroom. Limited dining in-house.

よく利用される赤路線バス停Karetから徒歩２０分、緑路線Karet Kuninganからは徒歩１０分で、かなり路地裏にあり最初は迷いましたが、安いバイクタクシーをフル利用で、個人的にはさほど不便に感じませんでした。 何よりここは下町の学生街で昭和の雰囲気、本当にリアルなジャカルタ生活を経験出来ました。 近所にコンビニやスーパー、食堂、ATM、Karet Kuningan方面へ８分程歩くと大きなショッピングセンターに綺麗なレストラン、Barもあり、どちらのバス停からも観光地には直結でしたので、ゆっくり安く旅したい派にはもってこいの感じでした。 玄関開けると小さなフロントで、横にはすぐに客室があり、１Fの部屋でしたが 住宅街と言うこともあり非常に静か、むしろ自宅のように玄関からすぐ入れ快適でした。 シングル客室は15㎡程度セミダブルベッドで殆どですが、天井が高く大きなすりガラスの窓があるので息苦しくは感じませんでした。お湯の出もしっかりしていて、ボディソープ、シャンプー、歯ブラシなど最低限のアメニティと、ちょっと古いバスタオルが一枚。 Wifiは部屋では少し弱めでしたがなんとか繋がるレベルでした。 毎日キチンと清掃もしてくれ臭いなど無し、但しシャワー排水はイマイチ。 滞在中、エアコン室外機も掃除してメンテはきっちりされている様子でした。 スタッフは皆さん若くレベルに差があるとは言え、皆さん親切で気持ちの良い対応をしてくれました。 フロントスタッフも英語が堪能、５階屋上がレストランと洗濯干し場なっており、朝食はセットメニューだけですが現地払いで50Kと格安。 付近に高い建物が無いので、遠くに高層ビル群を眺めながら飲むコーヒーは最高でした。 ７泊の予定が、２泊追加してジャカルタ下町体験が出来、良い思い出になりました。 多少歩くのや、タクシーなどが平気な方なら、値段の割に快適だと思います。

first time staying here. the hotel is located in the middle of super crowded village, one way narrow street. there's no convenience store nearby so make sure you buy everything you need before going back to the hotel. there's a kitchen at the second floor so that's a good thing, you can cook or make tea there. with a low price and decent facilities, I might come back to this place again.

Good budget room for short stay

The rooms are small (they remind me of Japanese business hotel rooms). My bed was somewhat a disappointment- it was a bit wobbley. The room appeared clean in general it was a bit stuffy and humid so you need to keep the ac (which was a bit run down and noisy) on for any level of comfort. The shower had a hose but the hook to hold it on the wall was non-existent, so showering was a bit awkward, but there was plenty of hot water. Breakfast was Southeast Asian style, rice (fried and white), noodles, stir fry, fried chicken, fried eggs and toast were also available. The review remarking about the location were correct-it is somewhat intertwined in what appeared to be a web of alleyways but was easy enough to get around with google map and I felt safe. Overall it's a good budget hotel for a short stay and I would stay again.

Good basic hotel but built in the wrong location as it is off the main streets and in a narrow laned older area. That said, it is close to a good shopping mall with quick access out and into the main roads. Hotel facilities need to improve and provide for better breakfast and in room facilities.

The journey to get there consists of narrow roads and alleys. The room condition was poor.

Big Disappointment

The check in service was friendly. The location was seemingly unsafe. The hotel was dirty. The room was in poor condition and filthy, including sheers, bed spread, towels, walls. Photos taken, unable to download.

Low prices, good condition, great staff.

This is an older building but well maintained. The price was low. The room was clean. There were hot water showers and bottled water furnished. The AC worked fine. The area was quiet. The staff gets 5 out of 5. The only down side was the location. A bit off the beaten path in a residential area. A short delay for getting a taxi. If you're adventurous, the bus stop is 500 meters away.

Great location, away from the busy street

Hotel is fantastically located within like a village within Jakarta city. Can walk easily to Setiabudi 1 where there are great coffee cafes and food places to eat or you can eat local around the hotel for a fraction of the cost (and if you have some bahasa). Staff at the hotel are great, especially the security guys. Hotel rooms are small and don't have black out curtains so if you're sensitive to light, it's not ideal. Rooms dont have a kettle which would of been nice. The restaurant in the hotel is ok, nice meals that are big portions to match the price. Room pillows are oldish and flat, need replacing. Also, house keeping didn't change my bedding for the whole time I was there (5 nights) even though I visibly spilt coffee on it.

Komfortables Hotel

Kleines, angenehmes Hotel in praktischer Lage. Ein paar Dinge könnten ein wenig besser sein, aber alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt mit sehr nettem Personal.

A very reasonable stay

Room somewhat small but with great large windows that opened. Pillows thin and needed refreshing. No kettle in the room. A/C died during my stay but staff member serviced it and then it was working great. Has a nice little dining area and the hotel is all smoke free so no stinky stale smoke smell anywhere. Nice area in the kampung of Jakarta, close enough via gojek to all the big plazas. In the banking/embassy area if you are in town for work.

Good for one night stay

Stayed in single room. Room is very small and congested. Property is new but house keeping requires attention. Everything is fine but being the room small felt very congested and sick. It is fine to stay maximum 2 days but not long stay. No refrigerator in room and have to buy regular basic needs if stayed long. Maybe good for the money paid but house keeping can be better with extra linen. Front office staff and security very helpful. Supervision required for rooms cleaning on time. Refrigerator in room will be of great help being very far away from supermarkets.

Great value

Very comfortable Jakarta accommodation at an excellent price. I stayed in a single room and the bed was of a very good size. The only drawback was some damp on the walls and a slightly musty smell as a result. Great location too, with lots of cheap warung nearby and easy access to Rasuna Said for taxis.
