“Comfortable cozy rooms with spacoius bathrooms. Clean, beautiful with fresh free following air. Service was amazing. I got fast a quick response from management. Our host Vince was always a text or phone call away ,to make sure we experience a comfortable stay. The food made to order by chef and house keeping Ms. Althea was delicious 😋. We were served local cuisine. Location is super convenient, with just 10 minutes drive to the airport. Close to a major shopping center hub in harbor view....

“The staff truly makes this property the best! A huge thanks to Christina, BJ, Samantha, Michelle Deanna and Cleveland. BJ was incredible with the kids. He found so many sea creatures for us and had a ton of knowledge. We also appreciated the hot coffee waiting for us every morning! Christina is a fabulous chef! We never went hungry. Some of our favorites were her jerk chicken and sauce, oxtail stew, coconut shrimp, festivals and banana bread. Give her leeway to cook what she wants and you won't...

“This property is beautiful. The pictures don’t show the beauty and the location on the cliffs! This property is very secure. No one is getting in. Throughout the day and night there is security walking the properties constantly. That is definitely first for me, they were checking both the back and front of the properties constantly. Within the house the kitchen is fully stocked, water hot, a/c in each room and living room and the property was extremely clean. This is a definite choice for anyone...

“This property was a scam and expedia was of no assistance in helping me get my money back. From before I reached Jamaica I contacted expedia to let them know I was unable to get in contact with the property. I did not have access to the property and yet expedia sees no issue with taking my money to give to these scammers.”

“We were quite pleased with the accommodations, the welcoming hosts, responsiveness, the great access to the ocean, nice clean pool,etc. There was plenty of space and comfortable chairs to chill-out and the children loved the pool. The rooms were also very comforable and well equipped. The location is quite good in being near restaurants and grocery shops. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, would recommend the house to others and might come back too!”

“We stayed seven days at the Shimmering waters at the Lagoons it was exactly as pictured the views were awesome enjoying the beautiful sunrise from the master bedroom balcony. The staff was attentive &the food was delicious. We loved the pool.& the floating breakfast. The only downside was we weren't able to wash our own clothes although the staff did take care of it for us. Would definitely stay again when visiting Jamaica ”

"El asistente de Manager el sr.Malon, fue muy amable y con un pequeño percanse que tuvimos el nos compenso por el mal momento..La comida muy buena y variada tds los dias...uno de los Chef al yo decirle que unos de los camarones que habian cocinado...estaban riquisimos, pero para mi muy picantes...a lo que el Sr. Isaias no dudo en hacermelos sin pique...un gesto muy amable de su parte."

"WiFi es pésimo! Si van, mejor es que tengan un buen plan de roaming. Habitaciones super limpias e impecables! La Comida es super plain solo para gente local. En algunos casos, un poco picante. Desayuno super pobre. La playa excelente! Muy pero muy buena, solo le falta donde están las escaleras para bajar al mar por varios lados repararlas o poner escalones de metal como cuando entras a las piscinas! Hay comida como Pollo, Hamburguesas, Papa fritas... Y sodas y tragos. Básico pero esta bien. El salón de comida solo tiene abanicos y hace mucho calor (vapor). Le falta mucho al hotel para mejorar y podrían por la ubicación con esa playa privada. Los show de las noches, no son buenos. Honestamente por el precio, esta muy bien pero si eres exigente, no te lo recomiendo. Nosotros la pasamos bien solo por su linda playa... El hip street que esta cerquita del hotel es un malo! No hay vida nocturna. No sirve y lo único que hay es montón de tiendas que venden souvenirs......"
