Exquisite home overlooking Lake Raystown Resort and minutes to the water !

Marina View Lodge is a large spacious home overlooking the Resort at Lake Raystown. From the moment you pull up the driveway the scenery will captivate you. Marina View Lodge offers the most breath taking view of Lake Raystown sitting high upon the mountain just minutes from Shy Beaver boat launch. When you walk through the front door you will find yourself in a large open foyer. This floor is an open floor plan consisting of a very large eat in kitchen with a custom made dining room table, living room with a wet bar and a 25 foot stone fireplace, guest bedroom , laundry room , half bath and master suite . The main floor also has 2 decks, one off each side of the home. Make your way up the log stair case to the top floor where you will find a full bath and 2 large guest bedrooms with amazing lake views. On the ground level you will enjoy playing a game of pool, sitting at the custom made bar, or relaxing and just watching a movie on a 70" flat screen tv. There is also full bath on this level and a bedroom with 2 custom made twin over full sized bunk beds made out of over 100 year old barn wood. This bedroom also has a couch ,loveseat , foosball table and flat screen tv. This house was kept true to the "lake cabin" feel with custom made Amish furniture through out . Each room has a more captivating view of the lake than the last. When you are outside you can relax on the hammock, sit back on the swing, enjoy the beautiful fire pit area, sit around the fire table on the deck off of the kitchen, cook gourmet meals on the 36" Blackstone, play corn hole and take in all the magnificent views of your surroundings including the 3 Bald Eagles that frequent the property.

Marina View Lodge offers something for everyone, whether you like hiking, fishing, hunting, biking, having fun on the lake or relaxing at one of the many outdoor seating areas. The home offers one of kind views of the lake and mountains that you cannot get anywhere else on the lake.
The home has all new custom made furniture, a large fully stocked kitchen, many large windows so you can see the amazing view from every room. Paper products, laundry detergent and cleaning supplies are provided, all to make your stay as easy and relaxing as possible.

Shy Beaver boat launch is about 3 miles from our home just down the lane, where you can launch your boat / jet skis and park your vehicle and trailer for the day while you are on the water. The Resort, Waterpark and picnic area are about 7 miles away. There you can find a wonderful restaurant, pizza shop, kayak,canoes,paddle boards and jet ski rentals.
We have many games for you and your guest to play indoors or out. Some of the popular ones are dominos, cards, Foosball, a pool table and corn hole. We also provide all firewood, mountain pie makers, hot dog and marshmallow sticks!
Marina View Lodge is large enough for guests to have their own space or be all together without feeling cramped.
We welcome all types of gatherings EXCEPT for Frat style party's.

RULES/RESTRICTIONS: We will accept up to 14 guests. Renters must be at least 25 years old, with no rentals for high-school or college parties without older adult (age 25+) supervision, renters insurance, and a commitment not to use the home for alcohol fueled partying! No pets in or on the property with the exception of Service Animals. No smoking/vaping inside the house. Noise must be controlled after 10pm per ordinance.

No vehicles are to be parked going down the driveway or on the main road. There is plenty of parking up top for all guests. No fireworks are to be set off at the property.

Our property is equipped with outdoor security cameras, and we will enforce these policies. Renters who choose to throw large fraternity style, alcohol fueled parties, will be held responsible for all damages, may have the police called, and may be have access to the property removed, forfeiting all monies paid. This policy ensures that we can offer a safe and secure guest experience, maintain our property in top shape for guests, and maintain respect for the neighbors. If we receive any complaints from neighbors during your stay ,you may be asked to leave and all monies paid will be forfeited.

Paper products, firewood, and propane are provided .

Towels and Linens are not provided.
