Situated just a short drive from the stunning Raystown Lake, Allegrippis hiking and biking trails and Juniata College, this property is the perfect base for your next adventure. Since opening in 2022, Sunny Acres has received 5 star reviews from every guest!

    As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cozy living room, where you can unwind and enjoy the countryside. The fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and a host of other appliances, invites you to unleash your culinary creativity. Family Trip to Raystown Lake

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, well maintain and stocked. It was great after a long day boating on the lake and we will certainly visit again.

This is a beautiful vacation home. Very clean and spacious and the kitchen is stocked with everything you will need. Lovely porch and backyard area with games for the family to play. Easy check-in and check-out. Highly recommend!

The property boasted many fine features and did not disappoint. Wonderful outdoor areas to enjoy and location near the lake was unbeatable. Nearly everything needed during the stay was provided and the place was in pristine condition.Absolutely loved it .Considering coming back every year , wouldn't hesitate to recommend. 6 stars

We loved our stay! Its nice to stay somewhere that doeant juat "accept" pets but welcomes them. The fenced in yard was a huge plus for us! We will be back for sure!

Our stay was nice and comfortable. We considering rent this property in the future.If you have an option to bring you own portable grill, do it. The one that property offers, is not a grill it just metal box that does't cook anything.

Great Home

Stayed for work at this property. It was very calming housing to comeback from work. Stayed for little over 2 weeks very comfortably and the hosts communication were great

Very well equip house

Very nice home. well equip,labeled,clean we really enjoyed our stay. we go to lake every day use seven points marina we come to Rays town every August this was one of the nicest houses we stayed at. this owner knows how to be a good rental landlord for vacationers.

Sunny’s place was amazing! Beautifully landscaped and a beautiful house. Everything I could have asked for and more. Close to the boat ramp and near to restaurants and stores. Great relaxing weekend for us

Well equipped and clean

Went to Raystown Lake area to visit the nearby University. This rental perfectly suited our needs for the weekend! We had a cleaning issue, but our host quickly addressed the issue. We would stay again if we’re in the area.

Beautiful home near Raystown Lake

Great home very close to Raystown Lake. Super clean, great amenities, beautiful location. We didn't have great weather due to rain but would like to come back some other time to better explore the area. Th owner was very responsive and has created a wonderful vacation home experience.
