“Premier room was tatty… curtains had hole in them, some off hooks, bed throw had mark on it. Despite asking for the room to be serviced and leaving the sign on the door - it wasn’t - I was told they missed it because I was at the end of the corridor!”

Having finally been sent a link I verified and arrived to be told this was very common. At the property Fire Doors were constantly janmed open.”
