The room was cleaned before you arrived, as it was rented the day before, and it was cleaned once again, after you left. Our housekeeper NEVER gets complaints for her work. The floor was NOT as you said it was, we went and double checked.... Just wasn't your cup of tea, and that you could've said, instead. Sorry you were so disappointed with your stay, here.

It wasn't the staff that had quit, It was our house keepers, but were quite capable of cleaning our rooms for our guests. And we had just moved in here, yes. What do you expect, when you just move in, other than seeing some boxes lying around, waiting to be put away?????????? Thank you for choosing to stay with us, progress has already been made, and more will come each day, as we get settled into our new home, life, and motel.

Hi... We are sorry for your experience... We, the owners, cleaned the room after you checked out, and we seen several dead mosquitos and a couple dead flies on your bed.... Unfortunately, those come is when the door is "fanned" and there is nothing we can do, other than the fly swats we place in each room, for these pests.... Often times, people steal our things, from the rooms, so maybe the fly swat from the room was missing.... And the pillows.. everyone has a different taste.. you were welcome to grab the ones from the other bed, to use... Either way, we are sorry.

Thank you for staying with us. We know that the motel needs a lot of work, and we have started remodeling the rooms. We are only two people working here, part time, so have patients with us.. Because everything is old the prices are low, its rundown, but clean and everything works, and its affordable. Enjoy your stay.

We are sorry about this. The reason this happened was, you reserved a room for 2 people, and when you came with an extra person, we weren't as prepared. And the housekeeper that was working then, has since been fired.
