This isn't a villa rental — it's a Private Resort Week.

You land. Jeremiah is waiting at the airport. Boy pours the welcome rum at the villa (virgin for kids). The fridge is already stocked. Captain Mike has the boat ready. You unpack once and run nothing for 8 days.

The space:
Tropical Haven is a 3-bedroom gated waterfront estate in Jan Thiel — harbor and bay views, direct marina access, and a veranda built for evening rituals. No cruise ships. No resort strips. Caracasbaai public beach is a 3-minute walk. Jan Thiel Beach is 5 minutes by EV.

Inside:
3 king bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, chef's kitchen, open-plan living. Three kings means three real beds for three couples, no queen compromises, no twin negotiations. Bamboo sheets — "legendary in reviews" per the current listing, and the reviews back it. Room-darkening shades. Smart TV with standard cable. Sonos. 54 Mbps wi-fi, speed-test verified. **Silent A/C** — the kind that runs without reminding you it's there. If a call lands mid-vacation, there's a dedicated workspace.

Outside:
Veranda with hammock and lounge — the unit's evening centerpiece. The resort pool sits at the water's edge, shared across all 24 units of the small property. Four are Tommy Coconut estates (the combo ladder, see below); the other twenty are a mix of Curaçao residents and short-term vacation rentals we don't manage. Not a private-villa bubble, not a gated tourist compound. A real small waterfront resort on Spanish Water. "The pool judged you for not getting in before sunset. It got over it."

Guest access
You have the entire gated estate. Inside, chef's kitchen, veranda, hammock, BBQ, marina access — all yours, no shared use.

The resort pool is shared across all 24 units of the small property. Four are Tommy Coconut estates (Castaway, Sailaway, Sunshine Bay, Tropical Haven — see the combo ladder below); the other twenty are a mix of Curaçao residents and short-term vacation rentals we don't manage. You trade private-pool exclusivity for the gated marina front itself — harbor view off the veranda, direct marina access off the back, and a resort that runs on Spanish Water time. When the full TC cluster books as one (Tropical Haven completes the 18-24 combo), your group owns the biggest footprint in the resort.

Your turquoise iCar EV-SUV sits at the estate from arrival to departure. Charge it at home. The week drives itself.

EVERY DAY — FULL-BOARD, PLACED ACROSS THE ISLAND

Three meals a day at local hot spots you shouldn't miss out on, included.

— Breakfast, your call: at the house (fridge stocked to your preferences), at Coffee Bike, or at Brisa do Mar

— Lunch placed where your day lands — every Dushi Week is custom-designed to your family, and the lunch spots come with the itinerary. Boat day lunch is a beach BBQ with Captain Mike as chef

— Prefer the chef at the house for some or all of your meals? Say the word — we arrange it.
