Perfect Wedding Weekend!

We stayed here as a bridal party for my wedding weekend & the space was perfect! It had plenty of room, the view was amazing, & the location was nice! I would go back here anytime.

Great house and location

The house was great. The view was great. The home is well equipped. The rugs were a bit of a tripping/slipping hazard, but other than that the furnishings and decor were nice. Would stay there again.

Fantastic mountain home

This house is amazing. Comfortable beds, plenty of room for everyone, game room, and perfect access to the lake from the back yard with boats provided. This is the best rental my family and I have stayed at and would recommend it to anyone looking for a rental in this area.

The host was great! The location and amenities were also great! There are a few updates that would make it a little nicer. The boards in the deck are very uneven and seemed warped. There could be more pots and pans for cooking. Overall really nice house.

Great views and amenities at home! Great place for young and healthy folks with limited disabilities! Steep stairs and no handrails outside and steep stairs and handrails on only one side of stairs inside! Plenty of Bathrooms throughout!

The Glass House does not disappoint!!! Our family came in from Ohio and Tennessee to celebrate two milestone birthdays. Beds were very comfortable and bedrooms all had bathrooms and were placed on opposite sides of the breathtaking central living areas. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and serve fabulous meals! The game room downstairs was awesome. And the outdoors - deck, fire pit, kayaks, and canoes were enjoyed by all. Neighbors recommended the Beaver Run Trail. Also went to a waterfall in Bent Tree. This was a wonderful mountain retreat!

Wonderful Community

The property worked well for multiple family units. We celebrated the birthday of our 3-year-old granddaughter with aunts, uncles, and in-laws. Lots to do from rink horseback rides for our granddaughter, trail rides, and golf for adults. Enjoyed every minute.

Love our Thanksgiving family stay at the glass house!

We had 2 families and grandparents together for a week at Thanksgiving at the Glass house. We loved our stay! It has such a gorgeous view of the lake and mountain. The downstairs game room was great for the kids and the TV area was a great place to relax. Kitchen was well stocked. The area was quiet and peaceful. We also enjoyed golf and the hiking trails near the lake spillway. Lots of deer and birds surround the cabin and community as well. Thanks for a great stay!

Multi family gathering place

Great place for 3 families with various aged children. The kids loved the lake with adult supervision. The place was well stocked. We brought a porta crib and high chair. It was not child safe, but we managed. Lots of stairs and the neighborhood required GPS. Confusing street signage.

Low Effort, High Value

My husband and I rented this for our 5th year anniversary. The set up was awesome and I hope to come back with our family in the future. The bedroom/bathroom layout is ideal and tons of separate living spaces for people to get away if they need a little alone time. In terms of activities, this house has it all - fire pit, canoes and kayaks, ping pong, pool, arcade games, board games galore, etc. We wanted somewhere that we could get away and stay put and this was the perfect place for that. We ventured out for a hike and a winery one day, but otherwise just cooked at home and took advantage of all the fun things to do at the house. The house and property are beautiful - a great weekend or week-long get away for sure!

Weekend Family Getaway

We had a wonderful time with family at this home! The views from all floors and the deck were amazing! The best part was that there were so many things to keep everyone entertained with the pool table, ping pong and kayaking/canoeing. The lake is beautiful! We cooked out and enjoyed a night around the fire pit. We saw so many deer! Started each morning watching the deer drink and eat by the lake. The check in process could have been smoother, definitely print out the sheet to give to Security. They couldn’t find us initially and also one of our guests that arrived later.

Something for Everyone!

We had a lovely time staying in this beautiful house. When we checked in my thought was, “Wow! Even better than the pictures!” It was upscale, comfortable, and extremely clean. The owners had thought of everything! We had the most scenic fall views and enjoyed kayaking on the lake durning the warm days. There were games galore and my kids (ages 14 to 20) had tons of things to do from ping pong and pool to chess and video games. We would be thrilled to return!

THE MOST BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY WE HAVE EVER STAYED AT! Would give it 10 stars if I could. This property is so unique as it is right on a lake with a beautiful mountain view too. The floor to ceiling glass and abundance of windows allowed us to see the view, surrounding nature and wildlife from anywhere in the house. We even got to see deer playing in the lake in the morning. There is a TON of stuff to do in the house for both adults and kids so you really never even need to leave! A 5 star rating just doesn't do this property justice. We will be booking again and already have friends looking to book as well! Thanks so much for an unforgettable vacation!

Everything about our stay at the “Glass House” was AMAZING - from watching the breathtaking sunrise from the deck, to seeing the group of deer play in the lake in the morning, to the serenity of the property, to the beautiful design and decor of the home, to all the games/activities for the kids (kayaks, canoe, fishing, pool table, ping pong, scrabble, puzzles, etc). This house deserves 10 stars! It was FABULOUS.

Fantastic Stay!

We absolutely LOVED this property and everything it had to offer.  Let me start off by saying the home itself is truly an architectural marvel.  We were amazed by the beauty and uniqueness of this cabin.  With all the windows, it truly provides an immersive and magical experience with the surrounding nature.   We were lucky enough to even see deer passing by the living room one day!  The views of the lake and mountains are spectacular…especially during sunset.  In addition to the beauty of the home itself, there is so much to do!  The owners have literally thought of everything from a pool table, ping pong, chess, board games, puzzles, wall scrabble, kayaks, fishing gear, and more!   The Bent Tree community is absolutely lovely and provides so many amenities to the guests (even its own restaurant!).  Our family only ventured outside the neighborhood a handful of times because we had everything we needed right there at the house and in the neighborhood.  WE WILL ABSOLUTELY BE BACK and honestly can’t wait for our next trip.
