Best spot on the block

We had an amazing week at the vila. The views are incredible and the house was well kept and very clean. The two bedrooms are spacious and one of them has a separate access via the garden. The contact with Michael and the local host is the best i ever had, impressive personal touch and very flexible. Everything you need can and will be arranged. The grounds are perfect maintaind and the pool is nicely heated for the early or late season days. On request even up to 30* for a small fee. Great to keep in mind: Don't forget to reserve a table at Restaurant Mirador (only 150meters walk!)

Pure excellence

We have just returned from a 28 day stay at this villa and we wished we could have stayed for a further 28! We absolutely loved it from the minute we arrived. Michael was there to welcome us and to help familiarise us with all the features and functions within the villa and immediately made us feel comfortable and at home. Nothing was too much trouble. The views were breathtaking and the pool area probably the best we have experienced to date. The beautiful villa proved quiet and extremely comfortable with everything working as it should. We shall miss our morning coffees, sitting looking out of the windows at the beautiful vista and watching the boats sailing by in the sea beneath us. Throughout our stay Michael proved to be the perfect host and was easily contactable and quickly resolved the one very minor issue we encountered. We now have very fond memories of our holiday and will hope to return in the not too distant future. I cannot recommend Villa La Terraza al Mar enough. It’s excellent!!

Great property, needs some work

Great views and has tons of potential. However, bedding arrangements have to be updated and cleaned. Had many yellow spots and stains. There 4 single European size beds. Two of them moved together to make a queen bed. One futon, is so unstable that my 12 year old had to center himself exactly in the middle fold or it will tip over. additionally it is leather type of material, and it only had thin sheet over it that would constantly move. Air conditioning only in 2 bedrooms, main leaving room has none. During evening it is ok, if you open windows, but during the day gets very warm. If it is not for beds and bedding would give it 5 stars.

Ein Traum von einer Poolvilla

Seit vielen Jahren verbringen wir nun schon in Jávea, balcón al mar, unsere Sommerferien. Aber so ein geniales Haus wie die Villa la Terraza al mar hatten wir jedoch noch nie gemietet und haben uns völlig darin verliebt. Ein äusserst top gepflegtes Haus, wo es an nichts fehlt und an perfekter Lage in dieser Urbanización den ganzen Tag besonnt wird. Die Inneneinrichtung ist ebenfalls vorbildlich. Eine super tolle und voll ausgestattete Küche, sogar noch zusätzliche eine Aussenküche, edle und moderne Bade- und Schlafzimmer usw. Ganz zu Schweigen natürlich der wahnsinnig grosse Umschwung / Garten mit eigenem Pool und die traumhafte Meersicht. Alles auch mit viel Liebe gepflegt. Für uns wichtig war noch eine geschlossene Garage, sogar mit automatischem Garagentor, in dem problemlos ein SUV Platz hat. Man muss dieses Haus einfach erleben oder erlebt haben! Auch der Besitzer, Herr Michael Strauss, ist sehr, sehr nett, und wir haben eine super herzliche Kommunikation. Kurz zusammengefasst: 15 Punkte von 10. Wir haben bereits wieder gebucht, den für uns gibt es nichts mehr anderes!

Beautiful View

We are a family of 5 from Ireland.This villa is set on a stunning location overlooking the sea as the photos show. It has the most spectacular pool with 4 comfortable sun loungers , table & chairs . There is plenty of space to sit around the pool & you can always find a shaded spot along side a tree! We had the pool heated to 30 plus degrees just prior to our arrival & during our stay & it maintained this temperature which was lovely. Inside the house everything is immaculate & modern & the kitchen is equipped with every kind of utensil, plates, glasses etc. There is a living area with a large smart TV with all the channels. Towels are provided & on arrival there was water in the fridge. Communication with the owner, Michael, was excellent throughout both prior to arrival & during the stay. We would most definitely return to this villa.

sehr schönes Haus, großes Grundstück und ruhige Lage - alles top sauber - tolle Lage mit Blick auf das Mittelmeer, der nicht besser sein könnte - auch der Pool ist top gepflegt und sehr groß, in der näheren Umgebung gibt es nette Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Schön ist auch, daß die Umgebung oben auf dem Plateau relative flach ist und wir ein wenig laufen konnten ohne steile Strassen zu 'klettern'. Ein/Auschecken mit Andreas/Jacek war problemlos. Wir haben wieder für 2024 gebucht.

Amazing Property!!!!

Absolutely in love with this villa. Clean, modern, bright, airy, spacious, kitchen well equipped, beautiful pool and grounds with an amazing view. This property has a curved room with an all round view of the sea, large sliding windows which makes a perfect place to sit and watch the sunrise which we did every morning. Die Villa ist genau wie beschrieben und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist wirklich ruhig und der Ausblick sowohl vom Pool als auch vom Haus aus ist sensationell! Ein toller Strand mit vielen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist nur 15 Min. mit dem Auto entfernt. Ein Supermarkt und 2 schöne Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Kontakt zum sehr netten Vermieter war top und es wurde umgehend auf alle Fragen geantwortet und sich um alles gekümmert. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Villa wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

The Villa is absolutely amazing. The best thing was the enticing pool where it was big enough for a family of five to race up and down. The view of the sea from the pool is magnificent. Beautiful Villa and Location with Sea Views

Had a fantastic 2 week stay. Good area with shops a short drive away. Villa was clean and beautifully decorated as shown in the photographs and the pool was amazing and a very good size. Beds were comfortable. The garden and grounds are very well kept. Very useful to have the outdoor shower and the outdoor kitchen is a great added bonus. Communication with the owner, Michael, was excellent throughout. We all had a fantastic, relaxing time and look forward to returning.

Peaceful neighbourhood, stunning view

We loved our stay - the property was a short drive to the beach, hiking and restaurants and we always came back to spend hours in and around the pool. One of my personal favourite areas was the small sunroom to enjoy a morning tea/coffee. In general the property was light and airy. Communication with Michael (the owner) was great - he was very considerate and responsive and provided lots of suggestions for the area.
