The villa is linked to the Mediterranean culture, with large open spaces and traditional Jávea decorative elements.
The space is divided into four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a large terrace with space for all guests on the first floor.
The exterior is complemented by a sunny garden equipped with swimming pool, barbecue and additional bathroom, perfect for different gathering moments around the pool.
The entire villa and its exteriors are private and for the exclusive use of the guests.

The villa is located in a quiet residential area only 700 metres from the sea and 1 km from the historic city centre. The neighbourhood has essential services such as supermarkets, restaurants and all kinds of shops.
Although the villa has free private parking you don`t need to drive your car to get around the area. You can walk around the neighbourhood to go out to eat or just spend a day at the beach. There is also a public bus stop in front of the accommodation that will take you wherever you need to go.

For your safety: there are photodetector devices inside the villa. These do not record or capture images at any time — their sole purpose is to detect movement in the event of a break-in or intrusion.
The sensors are only active when the alarm is turned on. This means that while you are inside the house and the alarm is deactivated, the devices remain completely inactive.
Additionally, they are not placed in private areas such as bedrooms or bathrooms, ensuring your privacy at all times.
For stays equal to or less than 10 days it will be considered Tourist Housing - Tourism Contract (According to Dec. Law 9/2024, 2 August and Law 15/2018, 7 June. Of the GVA Council).
For stays of more than 10 days it will be considered a seasonal rental - Seasonal contract (In accordance with Law 29/1994, of 24 November, LAU, Art.3 and Royal Dec. 1312/2024, 23 December).

At La Renda, we value our guests` freedom and comfort, but we also believe in mutual respect, care for the property, and maintaining good relations with the local community. For that reason, we kindly ask you to follow these house rules during your stay:
Smoking Smoking is not allowed inside the property. You may smoke in the designated outdoor areas, where ashtrays are provided. Please avoid discarding cigarette butts on the ground or in the garden, for hygiene and safety reasons.
Pets Pets are generally not allowed. However, we understand that some situations are exceptional. If you`re travelling with your furry friend, please contact us in advance to discuss your case.
Noise and neighborhood respect We kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum, especially between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM (siesta time) and after 10:00 PM. The property is located in a residential area, and maintaining peace and quiet is important for everyone. Speakers may only be used indoors and at a moderate volume.
Parties and gatherings Parties and events are not allowed. Visitors not included in the reservation must not be invited without prior approval. Any disturbance or behavior that affects neighborhood peace may lead to immediate cancellation of the stay.
Occupancy The number of guests must not exceed what was agreed upon in the reservation. Any additional person must be approved in advance by the host.
Care of furniture and facilities Please use the furniture, appliances, and facilities with care and respect. If something breaks or gets damaged, let us know as soon as possible. We understand that accidents happen — open communication is appreciated. Waste and recycling The property is equipped with bins and recycling containers. Public waste containers are located just outside on the main avenue. Please dispose of your rubbish there and separate your waste accordingly.
Towels and linens Towels provided are for use inside the property only. Please do not use them at the pool or the beach.
Responsible consumption Out of respect for the environment and the property, we encourage responsible use of water, electricity, and air conditioning. Turn off lights and devices when not in use, and keep windows and doors closed while the air conditioning is on.
Security Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property. While the area is safe, it`s important to take basic precautions. Please do not share keys or access codes with unauthorized individuals.
By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these rules and agree to respect them throughout your stay.
