Villa FELIZ lives up to its name, Villa Bonheur. It is the perfect home for a couple with two children. It will bring you all the amenities for an ideal stay. It has just been refurbished with completely new furniture.
Villa FELIZ is a traditional Spanish house on the ground floor of 150 m². The 800 m² private plot is not overlooked. The garden is flat and easy to access. Its asset: more than 250 plants and 7 thirty-something palm trees, a magnificent prickly pear. In this setting, a large 9 x 4 m swimming pool. Location 7 minutes by road from the sandy Arenal beach.
Villa FELIZ has large living spaces, two large living rooms: one on the naya (covered terrace closed by large glass windows) and another living room with a fireplace, a beautiful dining room.
For your well-being we have installed two kitchens, one inside the house and one facing the swimming pool. Both are equally equipped so that you can make good little Mediterranean dishes !! Plus the indispensable enameled cast iron plancha.
Also outside, everything is done for your comfort: sunbathing with shelves, gas plancha on wheels, 3 terraces with tables and chairs, to follow the sun! or the shade!
One bedroom is equipped with a large bed (160x200- new mattress with pocket springs) and faces east on the side of the rising sun, and the other with two large beds (90x200) and opens onto the naya .The two bedrooms are furnished with a wardrobe (two rods, shelves, drawer, pants hanger).
Satellite TV and wifi internet (12 mega).
Equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower.
A deposit of 300 € will be requested upon arrival. Cleaning, terry towels and sheets are not included. We can of course take care of it, do not hesitate to ask us.
