We stayed at an Expedia VIP property, the perks were not offered by the Hotel, they informed us that these are not applicable to the Hotel Property. Overall the staff customer service level needs to be definitely improved. The Area around the property is decent some attractions such as the Mall, Little Asia are near by, also, the F1 Track for Jeddah is right across from the hotel which might be a benefit in the upcoming months. Stay was good. However, many things related to customer service and amenities can be improved and enhanced.

The staff are absolutely wonderful here; so welcoming and warm - especially with kids and they all made sure our stay was extra comfortable and pleasant. Would definitely recommend and will be staying again next time we're in Jeddah.

Unprofessional and uncooperative
1. The check in was very slowly and the rooms weren’t ready when we arriving at 3 pm. Despite I send them early arrival request, they didn’t either answer that or accept to check in early by 3 hours. 2. The reservation was with breakfast, surprisingly, an amount for breakfast was requested from the restaurant manager in the hotel, and after discussion he was convinced.

Nothing deserved to be shared with you as I was suffering from so many things such as delay in providing services or answering my queries. As an Expedia’s gold member in VIP hotel, i was expecting to receive any of the mentioned privileges but unfortunately nothing happened.

Laut und schlechtes Management
Einfach nur Schlecht!! Ich habe das Businesszimmer mit VIP Zugang gebucht. Leider wurde bei der Buchung nicht erwähnt, dass diese VIP-Lounge schon um 7pm schliesst. Schlecht, da ich dort Essen wollte und zugleich arbeiten. Mir wurde dann das Buffetabendessen zum halben Preis angeboten. Essen gut, aber keine Arbeitsatmosphäre. Zimmer. Das war ok. Aber ein ständiges und lautes Lüftungsgeräusch die ganze Nacht, trotz ausgeschalteter Klimaanlage. Sehr störend. Dann liefen rechts und links vom Hotel die ganze Nacht riesige Dieselgeneratoren zur Stromerzeugung. Das Brummen ging durch die Fenster und so auch ins Zimmer. Das zusammen mit dem Lüftungsgeräusch war nicht zum Aushalten. Bei der Rezeption um 2am angerufen und beschwert, ist aber nichts dran zu machen. Großartig. Konnte dann mit Ohrenstöpseln wenigstens 3 Stunden Schlafen. Beim Check-out verlangte ich nach dem Manager. Dieser war nicht da und würde mich zurück anrufen. Hat er bis heute drei Tage danach nicht gemacht. Sehr schlecht in Summe für ein teures Hotel mit Businesszimmern. Schlechter Services und eine Egal Einstellung.

Checking in ladies would only respond to my husband, were not welcoming towards me, as a foreigner 😡! Rooms smell like someone smoked in them and I specifically requested non smoking room, even their bath towels smelled like smoked and had dark stains on them! Will NEVER stay with them again!

Expedia should not let me book an expensive room for 3 adults and 1 child with only one king size bed. The system should do validation to ensure it does not happen. We were at the mercy of hotel staff to change the room so we all 4 could sleep
