Our only (very small) complaints were the water quality (sulfur/metals) and bugs (again, not terrible, it’s what you get for staying in the mountains!). “Didn’t realize it was a duplex! But neighbors were nice. Cabin was nice…. But Needs to replace bedspreads on all beds and throw pillows on couch. They are so wore they look dirty. The carpet on the stairs is dirty and stained.. just remove it!! And please tell housekeepers to sweep the porch! Other than that it was nice. The kitchen and baths were really clean.”

There were a couple of shower related issues.
