Relaxing

Great place! Had a problem with ladybugs in late afternoon, they got in through door--which was closed--and gathered on the ceiling. Several times we took the vacuum cleaner to get rid of them. Must have been fifty to a hundred of them.

Spacious property

This property was the perfect place for our family of 4 adults to stay in for a family wedding in nearby Fairfax over Labor Day weekend. The rooms were spacious, it was very clean and it had everything we needed. The views of the mountains from the deck and windows was amazing. I would definitely recommend this property.

This property is fabulous for a family vacation. The unit was clean and comfortable with everything you need. There's a TV in everyroom. Great pools and fun zone for the children. The young ones attended day camp from 9 - 4 each day.

Check In Disaster - Host not a Host

Renter beware. Overall property was fine and just what we needed except for the bad internet service. I would avoid Resort Rental Pros or similar "hosts" as they line up the rental and walk away from any responsibility of the property. Our check-in was awful and delayed by 3.5 hours (originally at 4pm, we showed up at 330, but condo was not ready until 730pm). We basically waited inside our car for the majority of that time, as it was more comfortable than the lobby area or restaurants where masking was required. Reached out to Resort Rental Pros through Vrbo and they could not address the situation as all the properties are actually managed through Wyndham and Smugglers Notch. They basically told me its not their problem. Would we have been treated better if we were owners through Wyndham or booked directly through Smugglers Notch, my guess is yes. Resort Rental Pros are basically selling the spaces and are not actual hosts, so such a description as a "Premier Host" is false. Between Resort Rental Pros, Wyndham and Smugglers Notch no one would take any responsibility and could care less that we had been traveling all day and had $300 worth of groceries sitting in the car for hours on end. We basically lost the first night of our stay and across the board nobody cared. I would not use this host again.

Beautiful unit

Check in was not great. Lots of miscommunication between what was told to us and what was actually true. Unit was beautiful. But all the way at top of mountain. Far from everything. Floors very squeaky.

Skied at stowe

It didn’t seem to be clear that Stowe was so far from smugglers. Advertisement was close proximity. Not being from area did not know that road from one to the other was closed. Great spot. Nice layout. Extremely hot building even with heat off windows had to be opened for air.

Awesome!

This was a beautiful unit I would like to reserve again. It was spacious, with a beautiful view. We enjoyed the living room seating and the gas fireplace. There were lockers for our skis. So many beds!!

Wyndham at Smuggler’s Notch

Came up for a wedding and stayed 2 nights. The condo was amazing and provided everything you need . The buildings were very well kept and clean. Thinking of coming back up for maybe a spring or summer trip so we can have more time exploring and enjoying all the amenities they offer.

Wonderful stay at Smuggler’s Notch

Our family stayed one week for our spring ski trip. When we checked in we got unit Owl 25. It is super spacious and clean. Everything in the unit looks high end. There are three bedrooms with three separate bathrooms. The living room is huge and the kitchen is well stocked with pots, cooking utensils, and dishes. The bedding is very comfortable after a day at the slope. There is a smart TV in every bedroom as well as the living room. It is a short drive to base lodge and the shuttle service is fast and efficient. Due to COVID we didn’t get to use the club house. Overall we enjoyed every minute of your vacation rental.

Great condo

We had a great location condo. Ski in and out. Only downside is you will get calls from front desk during stay to join a “view party” because they want you to join the Wyndham Club. A bit annoying. Other than that, nice place!
