We booked the kids ondol room for 4 people and hands down has been our worst experience staying in a hotel
The room came with one kids bed and 2 futton beds even though the reservation was for 4 people. Upon discussion with receptionist we were told the room only fit for 3 and was offered an additional bed with extra charges which really baffled us as we have paid for 4 people to stay. Even so the room will not fit another bed considering the number of luggages for 4 people. We had spoken to a couple of people at receptionist both with limited English and not much help. In our opinion the room was really not suitable to be occupied by 4 people but they were adamant this was normal.
Further to this the futton beds were very thin and almost felt like we were sleeping on the floor. Needless to say none of us had much sleep during the duration of the stay
Only positive was the food was at least decent and the housekeeping ladies were very courteous
Denitely will not come back and not recommend
