Pull out sofa sleeps additional 2 in large living room, (additional cots are under the futon), futon sleeps 2 children or one adult, and small multipurpose room has extra mattress to left of washer. In addition to our large 2 section bathroom, the Bathhouse behind the channel has showers, tubs, sinks, and toilets to accommodate 6 males on one side and 6 females on the other side. Enjoy all the Nettles Island amenities: 2 heated pools, 2 hot tubs, private beach, marina, tennis courts, mini golf, weight room, club house, pool table, horse shoes and more. No steps: ramp accessible. Large porch and sunning area w table and gas and charcoal grills overlooking the water. Washer and dryer. Home is Not fancy but a great value on the water.
