We always have a great time when we come here. The place is always clean. Great for families. Great location. We’ve already came here twice. We will definitely be coming back again.

Beautiful, clean place that was fully stocked to meet all of our needs. The location is perfect for relaxing at the pool, checking out downtown, spending the day at the beach, or taking a walk.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mermaid Cottage. It was well appointed, very clean and extremely comfortable. The host was extremely prompt when we had questions. I would highly recommend it!

Great place to have great R&R. Near most anything you want to do. Enjoyed it very much. Thanks for leasing to my family for a few days. Fishing was great as well.

A very nice stay. Would recommend. We stayed with our toddler and our 7 month old and made it work without a bathtub. Everything was clean and the host was very nice.

Mermaid Cottage was absolutely perfect! The home was immaculate and we truly appreciate all the little extra amenities such as a spices in the cabinet, a coffee bar, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, even extra beach towels. There was even a list of local places they recommended. The neighborhood itself offered great amenities, and was beautiful. I loved waking up, grabbing a coffee and taking a short walk to go sit by the water. Perfect location, short drive to downtown Jensen Beach, very close to the causeways and Hutchinson Island. We truly loved our stay!

House is well equipped for a weekend get away and convenient to Jensen and PSL. The owner was very responsive and helpful for the checking in. Will be staying again!

This rental was incredible! Everything about our stay was perfect. Trish is such a great host and always available and helpful. The unit is beautifully decorated and furnished too! Great location! We will definitely be coming back!

We had a great time at the Mermaid Cottage! The place was clean, beautiful and comfortable. The pool was great and had a fantastic view of the lagoon. The location is perfect and close enough to downtown Jensen that you can walk to breakfast, lunch or dinner. I had mentioned that my husband and I were coming down for our honeymoon and Trish was sweet enough to have two little bottles of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us in the fridge! I highly recommend choosing the Mermaid Cottage for your next vacation in Jensen Beach!

Wonderful stay. Property is very clean. Enjoyed the time in Jensen Beach. Community was very nice, pool was great. Beautiful sunrise. Easy access to multiple beaches as well as easy walk or drive to multiple restaurants. Publix is a short drive. Had some questions for Trish and she was quick to respond. Would return without hesitation.

Fantastic rental with great location! Stayed 1week. Close to downtown restaurants (walkable).my sister & I found the unit had everything we needed! Washer & dryer a plus. The host communicated & quickly responded.Loved the pool & newly decorated comfy Decor. Will def.return!

Perfect!

Best place ever! From easy check-in/out to a wonderful well-stocked (pots, pans, utensils, etc.) kitchen to comfortable furniture, this is a great place to stay. Hosts were absolutely wonderful. They even bought a high-chair for the unit when we mentioned our 20-month-old grandson would be visiting us. Great pool area and beautiful views of the Indian River Lagoon. A nice balcony and patio area with everything we needed to have fun. Close to downtown area, grocery store, and nice restaurants. Safe, well-light area.
