This was the perfect spot for the whole family to stay comfortably and easily enjoy all NYC has to offer. The apartment was easy to find and we didn't even have to worry about parking! After our long drive we were so grateful to find a clean, well appointed and super spacious apartment stocked with anything we might need. Water and breakfast were waiting for us and anything we might of forgotten was on site. There were shops and some restaurants near by, and the bus stop to catch a ride into the city was just a short walk. The hosts were easy to contact and reached out to make sure we had a great stay!

Great size for what else is available. Loved multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. Big kitchen with plenty of seating. Great to have a washer and dryer. Easy walk to the bus stop to get into NYC

This place has plenty of room for all guests. An open space area with kitchen, dining and living room all in one space. All bedrooms had a tv. The location wasn’t bad but we ended up staying during the World Cup so it took us at least 40 minutes by uber to get to places on the island. The street was congested by the front door but parking is great in the back and we felt that our car was safe. The hosts were incredible and responsive and gave us plenty of things to eat and drink which was so kind. There was some construction going on so we had some noise with that but that shouldn’t be around for too long. Otherwise we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

The apartment had lots of room for our family to spread out and relax after long days in the city. The complimentary breakfast groceries were so kind and appreciated. We used uber to get into the city and rode the bus back to the apartment. The place was clean and comfortable. Having a parking space included was wonderful.

We really appreciated the starter groceries, bathroom supplies as well as wonderful communications and recommendations from the host. She was responsive and friendly. We had a great, comfortable stay. Clean accommodations. We would highly recommend and stay again.

We were met with everything we needed. We arrived late due to flight delays but they had the fridge stocked with water, Gatorade, milk and other items. It was so hospitable and appreciated. The communication was excellent as well. If I need to book I would recommend 10/10 to do so. You won’t find a better place.

This couple was incredible! They thought of things such as milk for our babies/ breakfast for us, and anticipating our needs with a crib and high chair. They were fast to respond to any message, and their apartment was beautiful!

My husband and 3 adult sons stayed 4 nights to attend Ryder cup , yankees game and see sights . Loved the apartment and parking spot. Elizabeth was wonderful to work with and even supplied few groceries. Everyone said they loved the apartment and slept wonderfully. Thank you for your hospitality Elizabeth!

NYC Wedding Trip

Was absolutely perfect. Comfortable, beautiful, restful, well-equipped, and Elizabeth was incredibly prompt responding to email/texts. I come to nyc annually and have always stayed in the city. I will make every effort to get this place in the future. Just terrific.

Great place to stay!

Very, very nice place!! Hosts were very accommodating and communicated well. Loved how fridge was stocked and how toilet trees were left just in case we forgot something. Was a perfect place for our family. 100% recommend.

Perfect spot just outside NYC

Elizabeth and husband Jose were incredibly responsive and helpful. They provided us with great recommendations for food, leisure and entertainment. The place is spacious, has almost everything you need and in convenient location. Will definitely stay there again.

Great apartment minutes from NYC

Stayed here with my family while visiting NYC for a week. House is clean, communication is great, and the location is ideal for either taking the bus (just down the street) or driving into NYC. Close to good diners and restaurants as well. Highly recommend!
