We didn’t like the apartment. The apartment was extremely dirty, the sheets had blood on them. There was an extreme amount of dust in the apartment. The day of our arrival they sent us to another direction that wasn’t what we reserved. No one ever came or explain what was happening. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

DO NOT BOOK!!!! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! Booked a trip of a lifetime with 20 people around the country. Started planning months in advance. Booked three apartments six months in advance. Days prior we tried to contact the property to finalize our stay but no response to anything we tried. Even Expedia couldn’t contact them but they promised we shouldn’t worry. In the middle of the night on the day we were supposed to check in, we got a message jay our reservations were canceled. ALL THREE OF THEM!! So now we’re on a bus with 20 people ranging in age from 4 to 85 in a foreign country with no accommodations during the busiest time of the year. Expedia did what they could but they couldn’t contact the owners or find us a place to stay. We had to scramble and figure things out. Worst travel experience of my life. NEVER NEVER NEVER book at this property. I hope the owners get what they deserve in the end!

This property cancellled without explanation our reservation 12 hours prior to our arrival. We had confirmed with them our airrval and the propoerty has acknowledge but they decided to cancel leaving us stranded without a hotel justs as we were going to the airport. Very unreleaible people. Nobody should be exposed to this sort of treatment. Expedia was not able to help or find an alternative hotel leaving us to forey for a hotel.

Be careful!!!

It was a truly terrible experience to stay in this hotel. Just before the day of arrival, I was told that the room I reserved was damaged and my reservation was upgraded to another room. But, when I arrived at the apartment, it was far from my expectation. The cleaning was not done properly. Hairs and some scraps on the bed. The bed was not a double bed as I reserved. They put two single beds together in order to look like a double bed. No amenities at all. I called the owner/manager to complain the issue, but he told me nothing but that I need to pay the cleaning fee without any apology. This hotel/apartment truly ruined my time at Jerusalem.

We actually were moved to a different apartment before arrival and stayed at J-Tower residence instead. This place was amazing, centrally located next to Mahane Yehuda, new, super quiet and clean with easy access to the highway. The kitchen was great since we like to eat in mostly and had everything we needed. We had beautiful city views and amazing sunrises from the balcony. Jonathan was great and we encountered no problems. Parking in the building was awesome, especially if you know the parking situation in Jerusalem. We will definitely be returning to these properties during future travel. I travel a lot and always try to get the best value for my $$$ - this was for sure one of the best places, if not the best place I have stayed over the years coming to Jerusalem! I'll be back!

We never got the Rav kuk apartment. Last minute we got "upgraded" to another apartment which turned out to be a mini 1 bedroom apartment. We booked for 5, the apartment came with 2 single beds a broken couch and one folding bed. Not enough towels and blankets. Furniture badly stained and generally not very clean. Only good thing was the location of the apartment and the parking it comes with.

This is the second time we booked with this residence within 60 days, And both times we were notified only hours before there was change in address and not at the address reserved. simple amenidies to be improved ; working garage gate, table lamp(s), hangers. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

L’appartamento è bello e in ottime condizioni. L’unico appunto è che non siamo riusciti a metterci in contatto con la struttura fino all’ultimo giorno e quando siamo arrivati l’appartamento non era ancora pronto; abbiamo dovuto attendere fino alle 7,30 pm per entrare ma poi è andato tutto bene. La posizione è comoda sia al centro sia alla città vecchia. Abbiamo lasciato l’auto in parcheggio e siamo andati sempre a piedi.

Family stay - Very disappointing

Despite very good location I was very disappointed with this accomodation. First of all it was dirty- there were hairs all over the sheets, the rug had crumbs all over it and walls needed a good paint. Most disappointing was after being a touch with management in days before the check in we got a surprise message and phone call telling us there was a problem with the accomodation and we were being ‘upgraded’ to another apartment which was a few minutes away. Something didn’t feel right in the story to me and I was adamant not to be moved. As soon as I mentioned that if I was to move i would expect not to pay the full amount and be compensated slightly, the management somehow found a way for me to have us. We were also charged more than we were supposed to- I tried speaking with management and am still waiting !!! In the meantime I called me credit card company to cancel the transaction. Such a shame, as apartment itself is really quite nice and great location- Pity about the dodgy management.

We were told the place would be ready to check in at 2pm. We had issues finding out who to contact about this place had to look up on google and found a contact number after contacting the person he stated it wasn’t his place but he went above and beyond and had me send him my Expedia contract and provided the owner. Then the owner indicated the property would be available for check in at 4pm. After I stated to him Expedia shows 2pm he “Ok”. When we showed up at 2pm the apartment was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned. We waited and the apartment was finally cleaned by 4pm. Expedia showed this place as wonderful but I would not.

Landlord need to learn Customer Service!!!!!!!

We Didn't actually stay in Rav Kook. The landlord moved us to another building which i happened to know was nice thats why i accepted. The landlord was very unheplful during checking in as he only told us ANY information 45 minutes before chking in. this is despite WEEKS of correspondence urging him for info. Then they moved us to a building that is ver comfortable and clean BUT there was no Gym like we requested. So i cannot comment on Rav Kook at all

This is a great property centrally located near to the entrance to the old city right of Jaffa street. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the apartment was very modern and spacious. I would highly recommend staying there!

We actually stayed at the J Towers Residence, also owned by the property owner for Harav Kuk Residence. The J Towers apartment was gorgeous with the best views of city! There was a full kitchen, two bathrooms and three bedrooms. We felt secure in the building and there was a private underground parking garage where we could park our rental car. The space was large for our party of 5 travelers and the accommodations were very comfortable. The location is close to the Old City, around the corner from the Mahane Yehuda shuk, and across the street from the light rail station. Everything was perfect! When you stay here, make sure you turn on the hot water heater in the closet with the washer/dryer, and turn on the switch next to each bathroom and you have hot showers every day! The view of the Old City of Jerusalem and the Temple Mount from our bedroom window was spectacular!
