    Welcome to our stunning 2-bedroom, 90m² apartment, nestled right in the heart of Jerusalem. Enjoy beautiful views of Jerusalem from the balcony in the luxurious "Jerusalem Garden" residence.



    This elegant apartment offers a lobby, parking, and one bathroom for your convenience. Amenities include WiFi, a plasma TV, a Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, a washing machine and dryer, a Nespresso machine, an iron, and an ironing board.



    The apartment is located on the 5th floor and features a private safe room (Mamad).



    The location is absolutely perfect: just 1 minute from Ben Yehuda, 2 minutes from the light rail, and surrounded by a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shopping malls. The famous Mahane Yehuda Market is only a 5-minute walk, and the Mamilla complex and the Old City are just a 10-minute stroll away.

The location is fantastic! Within easy walking distance of the Old City, Ben Yehuda Street, Mahane Yehuda market. Beautiful view from the balcony. Very spacious apartment and a parking space in the underground garage included. The furniture is older than what the pictures show but overall this is a great value. Communication was excellent and the host was especially helpful to us and quick to respond.

Excellent Location

You can't beat the location. It's right in the center of everything, walkable to most anywhere in Jerusalem. One thing to note is that the apartment in the pictures is not the apartment you will have. They will assign you one before you arrive. The one we had was fine, just in a building neighboring the one originally listed. The underground parking was a big convenience and the manager's communication via Whatsapp was excellent.

The apartment is very spacious and in a great location, but there were some cleaning issues. We didn’t take the time to contact the hosts because we were on the go from the minute we arrived. The dining table, coffee table and counters and the bathroom doors had sticky food on them (possibly children were there before us), which we thought should have been cleaned. The floors had dirt on them. The bathrooms were clean. The couch is very soiled and could use a good cleaning. The patio furniture does not reflect the pictures posted. One of the chairs didn’t even have cushions on it. After we spot cleaned, everything was very comfortable. It could use more than one dish towel, dish cloth, bathroom hand towels. We would recommend and stay there again, if some of these things are taken care of.

We stayed here in November and unfortunately experienced several significant issues. Most importantly, the listing advertised four bathrooms, but the apartment actually has one and a half. This was a major surprise and affected our comfort during the stay.We also dealt with several maintenance problems: the dryer and electric kettle did not work, a bedroom lightbulb was out, the TV remote was missing its battery cover and wasn’t functional, and the drain area outside the bathtub leaked soap suds. The parking garage app required to enter the building was difficult to install but once installed was difficult to use without clear instructions, and we received conflicting instructions about which parking spot to use. Communication with the host was slow if he responded at all which made resolving these issues more difficult.On the positive side, the location is very central in the heart of Jerusalem and convenient for exploring the city.Overall, the property has potential, but it did not match the description or expectations, and I hope the listing is updated and the maintenance issues addressed for future guests.
