Excelente opción
Es un hotelito precioso, cómodo y bien ubicado para quedarse en Jerusalén. Me volvería a hospedaje ahí sin problema. El desayuno que dan es delicioso, abundante y tiene muchos platos típicos para poder probar.

No pudimos llegar al establecimiento debido al cierre de fronteras por el covid19. Siendo Israel uno de los primeros países en restringir vuelos de varios lugares de Europa, llamamos varias veces al hotel y enviamos correos para indicar que no podríamos llegar y que solicitabamos la devolución de lo pagado ya que no era porque nosotros no queríamos ir sino porque su Gobierno no nos dejaba entrar y era un suceso a nivel mundial. Nos contestaron y nos colgaron el teléfono, luego nos hablaron de mala manera, dijeron que no nos devolverían el pago hecho y nos volvieron a colgar el teléfono. Por último, nos indicaron nuevamente que no nos devolverían el dinero pero que tenemos un año para volver y usar la reserva; claro, como si fuera tan fácil reprogramar un viaje así. Me sorprendió que esta cadena no tuviera empatía con las personas que tenían reserva, como nosotros, a diferencia de los demás operadores turísticos de Israel, así como hoteles, vuelos y operadores de otros países que sí nos devolvieron el dinero. No puedo catalogar las instalaciones pero puedo indicar que el servicio y atención, fue mala.

Great central location Tasteful interior Spa is not functioning, but it was not mentioned on the hotel’s site Bed was comfortable, but the room is small and has no place for suitcases We got one bottle of shampoo and needed to ask for one more on the third day of our stay, the maid never completed the stock No hair dryer in the room Last night the AC stopped and we were provided with electrical heater, witch was good enough The breakfast was good and very well served Definitely would stay again in the future

The room felt very unclean. The curtains etc. were very dusty. The hallways of this hotel are painted black giving it a sinister look. Everything felt very old and dirty. There was no full-length mirror in the room. I felt really sad and depressed every time I stepped inside the room. I have gotten better deals on hotels for the same money. The view outside my window was also bad with the next-door building being completely under construction. There is no woman on the staff which made me feel slightly uncomfortable at nights as a single woman traveler. On a side not, Jeff was really nice and a great staff person.

Relaxing boutique hotel in center of city. Staff was great and took good care of us. Easy walk to great restaurants and shopping. Short taxis to Old Jerusalem and Market. Definitely stay here again.

The Villa Brown Jerusalem is a fantastic boutique hotel centrally located in the city. The staff, especially Jeff at the front desk, were knowledgeable and helpful. Our room was very nice and included a balcony and spacious bathroom. We will return to this hotel.

Great location
Hotel was in a great location, we booked a garden room with a terrace which was a higher priced room but unfortunately it was very small and wasn’t in the best condition. The pictures look great but it’s a little shabby. The parking is about a 10 minute walk up the road which is secure. The balcony outside our room was lovely, coffee in the room was great, short walk into the city and also to the Old City. The rooftop spa and loungers isn’t necessarily as advertised, you have to go to the rooftop and fill the jacuzzi bath tub up if you want to use it.

The location is good but hotel is disappointing relative to pictures. Rooms are small and outdated with old carpeting and little lighting. There is no room service, nothing in the mini fridge, and very few staff.

Not clean
The rooms are dated and not really clean. People claim this is a boutique hotel, but nothing feels boutique. Service is just OK, all the carpets look dirty. The only positive thing about this place it's the location.

This small hotel was like an oasis in the city. From the lovely breakfast on the patio in the mornings to the quiet rooms, we enjoyed every moment. All convenient located to lots of restaurants and the sights, especially the old city.

My only complaint was that the person at the desk (who was very nice) was unable to give us the correct information for antigen testing. Your food is very good there and I wish you served dinner.

The people there are so nice. The first night I stayed there, it was a holiday and everything was closed. The person who worked that night was so kind to find a place for us to eat, call a taxi and make sure the taxi picked us up when we were done. Also made sure we got back safely. The day we were leaving Solomon let us keep our room until we got back from our tour, then when we arrived he said you can use the room until you have to leave to Tel-Aviv. And also found us a taxi to take us to Tel-Aviv and then to Jaffa and then pick us back up and take us to the airport at night. He went above and beyond! I would recommend this hotel! Truly the staff is amazing and the next time I go to Jerusalem I will plan to stay here again.

The staff and breakfast were the highlights of the stat at Villa Brown. The rooms were beautiful and the bathrooms were clean, updated and great shower! The staff could not have been more accommodating, caring and helpful. We were in Jerusalem during a real cold spell, in the 30's -40's and the only problem was that the heat in a couple of our rooms did not work. They offered to move us and we relocated to rooms that had heat. Other than that, great stay and amazing breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.
