On the ground floor, a large living room is furnished with 1 sofabed and provides direct access to the terrace, creating a seamless connection between the interior and outdoor spaces. The kitchen, measuring 25 m2, is generously sized and equipped with a dining table, making it ideal for shared meals. Also on this level, 1 room of 15 m2 accommodates 2 beds, and the bathroom on this floor features a shower, WC, and a hydro massage shower. The ground floor also benefits from underfloor heating throughout.

The upper floor hosts the remaining sleeping areas. 1 room of 15 m2 is fitted with 3 beds, while 1 room of 28 m2 offers 4 beds and 1 pull-out bed.
