“The check-in desk was a disappointment. I think we are all the same. He was a bit racist. He wanted to charge me again. He did everything reluctantly, that's why he didn't see that I had already paid for my stay. But that made me very angry. The hotel is also far from the main amenities, which results in additional transportation costs. There is nothing within walking distance. The breakfast did not meet expectations, and the staff did not seem attentive or willing to provide good service”
