“Very clean and nice place to stay , I was staying in 8th floor, everything looks perfect except at the midnights can really clearly to hear the machine noise, I am a very light sleeper, I don’t have a good sleep at that night . But I still love this hotel , King size bed with huge bath tub . Hope I can get more quiet room for my next trip . ”

“En realidad el servicio y la comida, por ejemplo, son buenos. Pero el hotel es viejo, con reparaciones mal hechas y están a la vista (en baño por ejemplo). Huele a humedad y el AC no refresca, no es la ciudad, ya que otros hoteles en Guangzhou no tienen este problema. El desayuno es bueno. La ubicación es segura con una pequeña tienda fuera del hotel, ya que en el hotel es caro, a diferencia de otros hoteles en Guangzhou. Solo estuve en este hotel en lo que me regresaba al otro que ese día no...

“I would have expected that, being a Hilton hotel, the staff would be more proficient in English. Communication was extremely difficult, as it tends to be throughout China. However, I did expect that at least one staff member would have a sufficient level of English to convey basic ideas. I would suggest that, since they receive guests from all over the world—and English is the most widely spoken language after Chinese—they consider having a greater number of staff members with stronger English...

“Bien .. lo unico restaurante general tardo muchisimo la comida”

“El hotel tiene 3 nombres diferentes en ingles y otros más en chino. Fue dificil llegar además porque está poco accesible. Cuando llegamos el cuarto tenia el aire acondicionado apagado y estaba incomodamente caliente. El clima se tardó mucho en enfriar a medias el cuarto, nunca estuvo suficientemente frio en varios dias. No hay caja fuerte.”
