“Cleaning of the room was very poorly done and very late. One day we came back from our daytrip and was not cleaned yet. Second day we arrived at night and the door of the bed room was left fully opened with a cradle!! Service personnel were very nice and offered a free breakfasr, it was nice and nothing finally happened, all was ok inside the room. Thank god it was Japan!”

“Staff was polite and welcoming. Once arrived in the room, we realized the bathroom was dirty and had not been cleaned. Not an issue as they promptly changed us to another room but was not ideal as we had to wait 3pm to check in (just to let them make sure room was duly cleaned).”
