House on Grimnitzsee—Exclusive, with a private garden and 2 terraces near the lake

Welcome to our two new, modern homes on Lake Grimnitz
These two fully and lovingly renovated vacation homes offer an exclusive living experience right in the heart of nature—with high-quality amenities, stylish design, and thoughtful details for relaxing days by the lake.

Each of the new homes welcomes guests with a spacious living and dining area where design and coziness complement each other perfectly. The wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth on cooler days, while the comfortable sofa and a large flat-screen TV with satellite reception invite you to relax.
The open kitchen is equipped with everything a cook’s heart desires: an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and espresso machine
Whether it’s breakfast with a view of the countryside or a hearty dinner—the homes offer maximum freedom and comfort.

The ultimate in comfort
The master bedroom opens directly onto the garden—so you can wake up to fresh air and birdsong. A high-quality double bed with a mattress (rated “very good” by Stiftung Warentest) ensures a restful night’s sleep, while modern infrared heating maintains a comfortable indoor climate.
Another bedroom features a comfortable 180 cm wide double bed—ideal for families or friends as well.
The luxurious bathroom surprises with direct access to the garden, a rain shower, and underfloor heating—a true spa experience in a private setting.

Your retreat in the countryside
Outside, you’ll find a private garden area, a covered porch with a dining area, and another sunny terrace with a sofa and table facing the garden—perfect for relaxing outdoors.
A free private parking space is available right next to the house for your car.

Modern design meets the natural environment
Our new homes offer everything you need for a relaxing and stylish stay—whether you’re a couple, a family, or a group of friends. Luxurious, well-designed, and wonderfully close to nature.
