“We had booked a weekend stay but didn’t check in until about 11pm on the first night. Got to our room which was quite spacious but as soon as we opened the bathroom door, the smell of mould was extremely overwhelming. There was a window that couldn’t be opened and mould spores all over the ceiling and around the shower.
