“Check-in was not obvious but easy once worked out”

“Room was very dirty. So many dead ants throughout the unit, over the beds, throughout the kitchen and bathroom. I suspect they put an insect repellent bomb in the room days before and forgot to clean up the mess. Yes we did speak to management and they did offer to change the sheets but we were only there for one night and we were tired when we arrived. There was hair and eye lashes in the main bed also which was a bit gross. Dated unit. Noisey from traffic on a Saturday night. Probably...

“On checking out the guy on reception was an absolute legend, my 11 years old son had left an inside rear light on and i woke to find i had a dead battery, the nrma took 3 hours to arrive before which the guy on reception helped me jump start my car and get us back on the road an hour before the nrma where due to arrive meaning we could still make it to the reptile park (the main reason for our stay) we could not find our bin within our apartment so felt a little guilty having to leave...

“I was pretty happy with my experience. Only "complaint" was the lack of laundry on the premises (I like doing my own laundry) and the limited selection in terms or vending machines. Not really complaints just things I kinda look for when I stay at hotels outside a shopping district.”

“We had a pleasant stay and found the beds to be exceptionally comfortable. The sheets and towels were fresh and spotless, which we really appreciated. The property is a little older and could benefit from some fresh paint and maintenance, particularly the fly screens, which need some attention.
