The Space:

Modern décor, plush seating, and warm lighting create a comfortable space to unwind. The bright, fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware needed for everything from morning coffee to preparing meals for the whole group. Just off the kitchen, the open dining area offers space for shared meals and meaningful conversations.



With five bedrooms and three full bathrooms, the home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, offering fresh linens and cozy bedding for a restful night’s sleep. Hardwood floors, updated finishes, and thoughtful design details throughout the home add warmth and style, creating a welcoming atmosphere you’ll feel right at home in.

Guest Access:

You'll have access to the entire house, including five private bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Relax in one of the living areas with a TV and wireless internet. Outside, you can enjoy the fire pit in the backyard, and outdoor seating. Please note that the driveway is private and offers comfortable parking for up to 4 vehicles.

This neighborhood consists primarily of single-family homes on modest lots, reflecting a mix of ranch and traditional styles developed through the late 20th century. The community offers easy access to local amenities, with shopping, dining, and services just a short drive away.

This home offers easy access to local amenities and attractions. You'll find restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping just a 10–15 minute drive away. Downtown Johnson City and East Tennessee State University (ETSU) are also a short drive, perfect for exploring the area. Public transportation options are limited in this area, so a car is recommended for getting around.

Please note that for reservations of 28 days or longer, the cleaning fee is increased to account for the additional time and effort required to thoroughly prepare the space after an extended stay. This adjusted fee may not be automatically reflected in the total shown at checkout during the booking process. If applicable, it will be communicated and then added separately prior to your stay.
