Amazing Stay

We celebrated our Mother’s birthday at this beautiful and well appointed home! We were extremely comfortable as well as each bedroom was set up perfectly. Us girls enjoyed our coffee in the morning and our wine (and fireflies) in the evening on the back patio. Property was conveniently located and backed up to a large green space with a walking trail. We loved our stay!!!!!

Generous accommodations and comfortable

For our annual road trip, it can be challenging to find an updated house with plenty of beds and bathrooms for five women. This house was perfect! Each of us had our own bed and three bathrooms meant we could all get ready in a decent amount of time. Quiet neighborhood with roaming deer and close to restaurants. Plenty of seating around the dining table and in the living room. Plus the covered carport and the outdoor living space in backyard were bonus features. Great central location between Dripping Springs, Fredericksburg, and Marble Falls.

Family Get-Together

Everything about the house was perfect. Well stocked, clean, comfortable, easy "Check-in Check-out". Very nice both inside and outside in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable, and nice showers.We would stay there again if we take a trip to Johnson City and highly recommend it as a great place.Jen was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

90th Bday Prty

We traveled from Georgia for my husband’s parents joint 90th Bday party, along with many other family members from all over the US. All stayed in Johnson City. The house was perfect for our family. Pictures made bedrooms look a little larger than actual, but still great for 6 adults and 3 children. It was very clean and well stocked. Had a really nice grill outside, but no propane provided…(?) We weren’t cooking there much, or I would have reached out to owner to inquire. The location made it easy to gather with others at local restaurants and browse the shops - all within walking distance. Johnson City is a unique little town on its own, but lots of interesting places all around within in driving distance to explore. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent!

Perfect place to stay in Johnson City with friends. The location was great and the house was super cute. Really loved that all bedrooms had a king bed and that it had lots of bathrooms. The house was clean and well stocked on a quit street. Would stay there again.

Lovely Location

In town for a family wedding. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Easy walk to downtown where there are lots and lots of shops & restaurants. The Christmas lights downtown and at the co-op were also amazing. Great stay!

Wonderful house

Spacious living/dining/kitchen area with large kitchen island. Very well equipped kitchen which made cooking meals so easy. Great covered patio but unable to use due to the weather. Will stay here again

Bachelorette weekend

The house was so cute, had all the amenities and supplies needed for cooking, baking, grilling and coffee supplies. The bedrooms were spacious and easily accommodated our party of seven. The fire pit was easy to use and there were several eating areas (dining table, kitchen island and table on covered patio). Location was great with several wineries within easy driving distance as well as being close to Fredericksburg. We highly recommend and will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Family, Wine and Football Weekend!

We had a great time in this wonderful home. It was very well stocked and clean. The beds were very comfortable and everyone slept great! I loved the fact that it had 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Everyone could have their own personal space. The location of this home is so so nice. There is a walking trail behind the house and the neighborhood was also nice to walk around. The common area and kitchen area were comfy with lots of seating for everyone. The house backs up to the athletic fields so there's lots of privacy and DEER! We loved the fire pit but we couldn't get it to stay lit (perhaps the igniter needs to be looked at), but we still enjoyed sitting outside. The property manager was super responsive when we had a question. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you!!!

Perfect Group Getaway!

We loved our stay! The home exceeded our expectations. We were thrilled to have found a place with 4 bedrooms each with very comfortable King beds. Home has been nicely renovated with great appliances and finishes. There was plenty of space in the kitchen and living area for the 7 of us to cook and hang out. Kitchen was well equipped and they even provided Keurig coffee pods and tea bags along with creamer and sugar! We enjoyed sitting around the large table in the backyard each morning and evening and if the weather had been cooler, we would have been using the firepit! I reached out with a question about the property before our arrival and received a prompt response. Would have loved to stay longer, but we are already talking about making a trip next year and staying here again!

this house is super cute, easily accessible, and easy to locate! Impressively decorated and clean upon arrival; we were in town for a very busy family wedding weekend and all felt like there was adequate space to get ready and retire for the nights comfortably. Johnson City Gem

We’re a group of 6 sisters scattered throughout Texas and rented this location for several days for an annual get together. It is such a cozy, comfortable place to gather. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds were luxurious. The showers are spa worthy. We found good restaurants and shopping in town but also ventured to Blanco and Fredericksburg. Overall, this was an enjoyable experience.

Hill Country Stay

This house is perfect for visiting the hill country with friends! Clean, well-stocked, and great for gatherings. With 4 bedrooms, we had a party of 8 and the amenities and living space were perfect. I will be renting this property again.

Great location

While our first impression of the home left us a little leery due to the condition of the yard and patio, the grass was cut the next day and a few other issues were remedied. Overall, the house was nicely decorated, the beds and linens were comfortable. The house was clean and the appliances were high end. It was walking distance to Main Street, and it was nice to have a park behind the house. It was nice having 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Great Location, Home, & Intention

Beautiful property and remodeled home. We engaged in all “downtown” Christmas lights activities, and it was all within a comfortable walking distance. Record player was hit or miss. Could be user error for sure LOL! The kitchen had it all- including coffee. Though, there isn’t a coffee pot. It’s all k-cups. Thankfully they had some, so we didn’t have to buy any. Really great layout and flow in the kitchen and home. The outdoor space was lovely and perfect for our kids. We did have a few creatures visit. There was an outdoor cat with a collar who visited each morning. Not a bother since we adore cats, but worth a mention should anyone have an allergy. We counted two mice indoor, however. One in the kitchen and one in the neighboring bedroom. We let the company know, and we didn’t hear back. I’m sure it’ll be taken care of. Regardless, we’d come back. It’s too cute of a place and an amazing location with a huge yard not to. Perfect for families!
