“We come to the hill country every Memorial Day long weekend and this year’s cottage rental was perfect! The location was so good for all we do in the area. The home and backyard were great! We enjoyed the back porch rockers and view after a day of visiting wineries and taking regional day trips! We highly recommend this place and the owners were very responsive and made check in and check out as easy as we’ve had! ”

“The property is perfect with the refreshing pool, deck for sipping coffee, friendly horses nearby, and the surrounding natural views of Texas Hill country. The place is quiet and peaceful and yet only 7 minutes to Johnson City. The owner, Tami, is very friendly and has stocked the house better than most VRBOs with plenty of coffee, paper products, kitchen/bathroom/laundry supplies, towels, pool toys, etc. We essentially didn’t need a thing and loved our week long trip. ”

“This house was perfect for our little family reunion weekend. The house was beautiful, well stocked, and clean, and the pool was wonderful! We explored around town easily because the house is located near all the things! Kids loved the Science Mill, adults enjoyed the shops, and the food options were great for the whole family. The owner was excellent in responding back quickly and answered all of our questions. We will definitely be booking here again next time we come down this way! ”

“This property was quite wonderful. I was slightly concerned with the heat of July versus the split A/C in the safari tent, but it worked very well. The pavilion is one of the neatest ideas I've seen in a property, and would very much emulate it were I to have my own. Everything was clean and as-advertised, secluded, and had amazing views for which photos simply can't do justice. I would stay here again and plan on it. Highly recommend.”

“Seven older friends on our annual trip; the house was lovely, exactly as described. Backyard was nice, pool was great & well maintained. Slight miscommunication on the hot tub but were able to use after we texted with the manager. They did resolve the issue quickly. We are considering booking for next year but have to wait until their booking window opens for next summer. Great trip, met our needs perfectly. Beautiful old tree in the backyard! ”
