This little carriage house is awesome !Has tons of character !Great location in the Tree district in J.C.Easy walking distance to many restaurants.Hosts were very helpful and accommodating.Will definitely look to stay here again.

We had an excellent experience with this host and this property. It’s in the perfect location in Johnson City to be quiet at night (minimal train noise) but within walking distance to all of the downtown restaurants/breweries. The rental was well equipped and extremely clean. I really enjoyed the character within the home, in addition to the welcoming decor. As a property manager for almost 10 years, the responsiveness and communication was my favorite part. We alerted them of a potential need for batteries in the keypad by the end of our stay but they had batteries delivered within two hours. We would stay here again for sure.

Wonderful and clean property, walking distance to all the charm Johnson City has to offer in a quiet neighborhood. Very well-equipped for cooking in or hanging out. Really great start to finish. Easy check-in, no issues with the door code which has happened in many of our previous VRBO stays. Good communication from the hosts.

Excellent place to stay!

Everything was even better than expected. The cleanest place we have ever stayed. Location is perfect within walking distance to a lot of things. We visit Johnson city often, we will be looking ahead so we can this place again. Thanks again for such a great experience!

Carriage house very clean, nicely appointed and communications with Angela top notch. Only surprise was how close this was to train tracks and the 3an train coming through. We would definitely stay here again

Perfectly Unperfect house!

This carriage house was to darn cute! Exactly what the listing says. The charm of the place adds to its character! The host was very attentive to our needs. The house is very well stocked, which was a pleasant surprise. If you are bringing children, they have a high chair, pack and play, baby bathtub, plastic dinnerware for the kids. When my husband and I come back to visit our son we’ll be checking to see if this carriage house is available, and we might even bring our granddaughter next time!!

Cute place, right in town

Great location! Quiet, walkable neighborhood near downtown restaurants. We had a wonderful weekend getaway and the place made it even better. We brought our small dog and it was no problem. Ready and Responsive Host.

Charming stay in the Tree Streets

We came to explore the NE TN tri cities area and decided to use Johnson City as our home base. This spot was perfect for us! After each day of adventuring (hiking, exploring lakes, renting e-bikes, etc., we were able to walk into the down town area for dinner, then post dinner strolls through the historic neighborhood. We enjoyed seeing everyone’s gardens and front porches. The carriage house was comfortable, spotless, quiet and well-appointed. We had everything we needed.

AT Hiking for a week

We spent the week hiking along the Appalachian Trail. The house was located close to any number of hiking trails and plenty of great restaurants at the end of the day. Johnson City was a delight. We would strongly recommend the Crooked Carriage House.

Amazing location and place

This place was exactly what we were looking for. It was a beautiful place, plenty of room and has everything you need for an extended stay. The best part had to be the location though. It is tucked away into a little neighborhood so it was quiet and quaint. However, it was also walkable to plenty of places that we wanted to see. It had everything we wanted and I would stay there again in the future if I ever make it back there.

Charming place!

This place had so much charm and is located in a great area. We only stayed two nights so weren’t able to explore much, but would love to come back. The beds were very comfortable, host was very responsive, it was super clean and just overall a lovely stay. The carriage house is an older property, but this added to the charm. It was just a perfect place for us! Thank you for the nice touches too!

Peaceful, relaxing, clean, comfortable stay

My husband and I wanted to stay in the "Tree Streets" of Johnson City when visiting our daughter and husband. The Carriage House was in a perfect location. However, all the amenities that were provided exceeded our hopes and expectations. The cozy home was perfect for us, and Angela and Pavel thought of everything. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer available, and detergent was included. Snacks, coffee, water bottles were all waiting for us. The furniture was comfortable and the beds and bedding so very clean and new. The towels also were very clean, fluffy and new. We noticed a high chair, baby bath and portable crib tucked away so this place is family friendly. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks Angela and Pavel for providing this wonderful 'home away from home'.

Our Johnson City Getaway

Our stay exceeded everything we wanted and needed in our Vrbo. Very charming, beautiful, and quiet. I love the old wooden floors, decor, and all updated appliances. The neighborhood is very quiet and beautiful. A must stay and we will definitely be back. Thank you for opening your home and allowing us to have an absolutely wonderfully experience.
