This downtown area is VERY close to a homeless shelter and therefore homelessness is EVERYWHERE - literally on every bench. The parking information given was inaccurate causing my car to be towed. Any savings getting this VRBO was eliminated with the towing fees. The building flooded due to storms and NO ONE could be reached via phone. Assuming this agency is not in town, since they don't seem to know much about it or be able to answer any local "emergency numbers" provided. Had terrible allergies after the standing water appeared in the hall. Assuming that was the cause. I would not stay here again.

Downtown loft

Everything was great once we got in. We are older...in our 70s, so the unpredictable parking options and the many steps to climb with luggage were undesirable challenges for us. The apartment is immaculate though. Having a restaurant downstairs was convenient.

Cute & Cozy

We loved this super cute and cozy rental located in the middle of downtown. It is close to many great restaurants, city parks and unique shopping. We will stay here again next time we come through the area. Thank you!

Delightful space

I very much enjoyed my stay in this very feminine and chic little flat. It is close to the train and over a restaurant, but the noise wasn’t nearly as bad as I expected and the white noise machine I travel with was very helpful. I do recommend bringing your own pillow. The mattress is good, but the pillows are flat. I would definitely book again.

Traveling through

The apartment was pet friendly (I typically don’t book pet friendly places) so I guess I should have expected it to smell like a dog, and it did. Very cute and very clean though. Parking was kinda tricky. Black Olive Italian restaurant was right underneath the apartment, it was delicious.

Floridians Fall Visit to TN

Loved the cute apartment design inside, but completely disliked the steep flight of stairs my husband and I had to endured with our heavy luggage. The lack of parking and the distance we had to walk from the parking area to the apartment was disappointing. The restaurant below the apartment was certainly convenient. They served tasty Italian food and the service was exceptional. However, the Friday night band music was so loud it kept my husband and I from sleeping until 2:30 AM. I would have greatly appreciated it if I had been informed of the parking situation prior to booking my stay. It was communicated the day of my arrival.

Beautiful space

It is now an annual tradition for my mother and me to stay for a week in this tiny gem, cook meals and sit facing the Juliette balcony, take strolls downtown. I have taken the same photographs of the space countless times. The loveliness of the design and the fall of the light just makes for memorable time on our travels.

Nice Loft in Heart of ....

The owners were very attentive and great. The loft was nice and quaint. However, the city has a severe homeless problem close-by the location that is starting to negatively affect this beautiful city.

Wonderful place

It’s was great! The only problem was you had to walk and park across the way and at night with a young child it was a little weary getting to the apartment. The space itself was beautiful and well kept. Would def stay again.

Home away from Home

This property is so amazing and when you walk in the door you have all the comforts of home! Very secure and contactless check in was a breeze and property owners communication with me was very prompt! I would highly recommend this place to anyone! The only thing that wasn’t in this rental was my clothes, all the other am amenities were provided even a few spices and other things! I would rate this property a 5 star stay! Will definitely be staying here more often!

Great Communication - Great Stay

The studio apartment is just darling! Perfect for a girls weekend! The location is in walking distance to wonderful restaurants in downtown Johnson City! There was a slight mishap with check in, but the host's communication was excellent! - Would definitely recommend!
