The Space:

The home features a bright, open living area with comfortable seating and plenty of space to gather and unwind. The kitchen is updated and fully equipped for preparing meals, with an adjacent dining area for shared breakfasts, dinners, or game nights. Bedrooms are cozy and thoughtfully furnished for a restful stay, and the bathrooms are clean, modern, and functional. Outdoor spaces add extra charm, giving guests a welcoming place to enjoy the neighborhood atmosphere.

Pets are NOT allowed.

There is an additional cleaning fee for stays 28 nights or more. Refer to House rules or reach out for more information.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home during their stay, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, kitchen, dining area, and outdoor areas shown in the listing photos. The home is yours to enjoy privately and comfortably for the duration of your visit.

LONG TERM STAYS:

Please note that for reservations of 28 days or longer, the cleaning fee is increased to account for the additional time and effort required to thoroughly prepare the space after an extended stay. This adjusted fee may not be automatically reflected in the total shown at checkout during the booking process. If applicable, it will be communicated and then added separately prior to your stay.
