“I liked everything about the Marine. Only one criticism and that was the fact that the hotel itself does not have a direct telephone that you can ring them on. All calls for all hotels in the group go through central reservations whom I called and was put on hold for half an hour. But everything other aspect of the hotel and our stay was excellent. Will definitely stay there again without question.”

“My stay was very comfortable, food was excellent, room was clean and very comfortable and had lots of great amenities included. Reception and bar staff were super friendly. Female staff at breakfast not as helpful or friendly as the rest of the staff, she seemed very rushed. ”

“We stayed for 2 nights as were visiting family and friends nearby. Our room was large and comfortable. We slept well as it was so quiet and I enjoyed use of the pool and spa. We had our breakfast and evening meals in the bar/restaurant, which were excellent and reasonably priced. The staff were all very well trained and welcoming. We will return. ”

We specifically want to give shout outs to Sandra, the Graduate Manager who checked us in and made us feel most welcome, the housekeeping team who acted with pit crew like speed and precision when they changed our bedding 10 mins before the end of their shift after we forgot to request no feather pillows/duvets due to allergies, and Annie & Helen in the F&B team who were just amazing throughout our stay. Would return.”
