Not like before.

Room wasnt ready when we checkwd in at 3pm. Was given a key to an unxlean room. Room wasnt made up from previous tenants. We wanted 2 key cards when we were given one and was told it will cost another rm50 for the second card. Things wasnt like this during our last previous stays. Everything have changed. Now me and my room mate cant go out or return alone without having one in room to open door if one of us holes the key card out. And there is no more coffee and tea amenities in the room where other hotels would have..Will have second thought of returning.

Good value for family

Had a rainforest adventure in the room during one of the storms, otherwise, we had a comfortable stay in the room. I love how the family room is separated into two areas so it was quite convenient. It is within walking distance to KSL and many other eating areas around KSL. Easy to do Grab from this place. Great value for money especially for family travels if you don't mind the slight inconveniences.

Overall, given the price of this hotel, it was superbly a very worth every penny stay. Parking, dining options are not an issue at all

Total disappointment. Bad attitude counter staff (Ann). 3 hrs wait for the requested room(window view). Room flooded when raining. Personally told Ann to arrange mop up at 8 am. Reply was too early ! Returned 2 hours later find not done.

Very cheap but you pay for what you get

The hotel looks like it was in a perpetual state of renovation - according to reviews online, the hotel has been renovating since 2019. Furniture in the lobby had stains and dust, Check-in took more than 45 mins as they only have 1 staff manning the counter. Our checkin process was delayed as they could not find the booking of a group prior to us. Note that they do not have luggage storage and will take 50RM room deposit for the booking. Funny thing was, when we got our room keys and went to our level, we realized our door could not be opened. Something seemed stuck behind the door… and one of the housekeeping staff had to ‘bang’ into the door with her arm to open it. After going in, we were resting in the room for a while and we abruptly heard someone trying to open our room door. (They had a mix-up….) The towels, bedsheets in the room have stains and the shower head looks like it was falling off. Basically the room is not in a very good condition… but you get what you pay for. Toothbrush and soap is provided. Location is good, within 5 walking mins of KSL (but have to cross busy roads so elderly & children be mindful) but hotel is so run-down we stayed only for 1 night and rebooked another hotel for our 2nd night.

The staff are not helpful. Breakfast was not served but it was part of my paid package. A/c was warm. Fridge was not working. Room was smelly. sheets were not clean. Housekeeping not available. Very Disappointed. Staff are rude and not able to speak English.

The lift was not functioned when we came to check in and had to use staircase to 7th floor. the toilet bowl was dirty with hairs on 24/12/2019 checked in.

Nice place bad breakfast.

Room is spacious enuf. Clean and location is good. I liked the place and will book again. But there are down sides as well. Massues in the hotel spa are to be avoided. Girls, keep ur man away from them. Breakfast, no words. Just 3 items cooked in the same sauce. Have some sincerity in it if u really want to offwr breakfaat to ur guests.

Poor room amenity

Room rfid lock not working. Changed to another room. Aircon cannot go colder than twenty six degrees. Ask service twice, in charge person said no gas will recharge immediately. Upon return to room 3 hrs (1:00am)later, just the same. Have to endure till next morning.

Not so good..

Overall, the stay was not so good. We loved the location and the family room was really nice. The 2 big king beds was really comfy. However, the aircon was not cold even though we set it at the lowest 16 degrees full blast. We got warm and a little sweaty so we did not really get a good night sleep. There was a certain musty sewage smell from the toilet and the smell did not go away even though we had the housekeeping to help to wash the toilet. The shower drainage was poor and the toilet would be all wet as the water is unable to drain faster enough. Breakfast was limited but tasted good. There were 3 types of fried noodles and coffee, tea and orange cordial. I was put off my their cleanliness. The bath towels were stained and dirty. The toilets in the cafe were dirty and the tap does not have running water. I went to the cafe's kitchen to wash my hands and discovered they were actually soaking all the disposable plastic stirrers in a container of dish solutions. Yikes!

Value for money for a one-night stay. Only thing is it seems upgrading works still in progress in the hotel and hope it will look better after the refurbishment as the wallpaper in the rooms are coming off.
