I used to stay at this hotel at least once a month with my family before covid. This was the first time after the lockdown.
I booked in advance to have two connecting rooms. I even called the front desk on the day I was checking in. This was ignored. Never mind that we did get connecting rooms in the end after I spoke to the manager.
The room was mouldy and dusty, and I had to feed my boys anti-histamine to prevent an allergic reaction.
There was NO internet coverage in the rooms. I informed the front desk and over 3 days, I was informed that their IT was resetting the router every time I asked.
We went out at 8am, came back at 4pm. The room was not turned down.
The sink in one of the room was choked and the TV does not work.
We paid extra for a deluxe room and breakfast. They used to have an egg station. Now, we had to be content with nasi lemak buffet. The kids had nothing to eat. We had to go out for breakfast.
The security of the location is another issue. The carpark gantries are no longer in use. Anyone can drive in and out without checks.
Probably the last time I am staying there. This hotel feels more like a motel than a hotel. 0 star rating.
