Some lightings in the room had issues lighting up. The buffet breakfast had slight delay topping up the food. May be due to shortage of staff. Location-wise very near to Aeon Bukit Indah and just next to McD too.

Comfortable and free parking
Checked in early in the morning to beat the jam at Tuas from Singapore before heading off for a longer journey. Staff was able to accomodate an early morning check in and had a good breakfast before heading off for the long drive up north

Changes for the better.
Toilet smelled. Water coming out of the wash basin very little and slowed. Breakfast not the same as before from good to poor can be better. Hotel needs refurbishing….

My first choice hotel when go to JB. Convenient location with lots of good restaurant nearby, shopping mall AEON Bukit Indah just 5 mins walk.

Arrived at 4pm and told us our room wasn’t ready. But was quickly informed that they upgraded our room, thus giving us another room straight away. Really appreciate. Overall, room was clean, staff were patient and nice.

I used to stay at this hotel at least once a month with my family before covid. This was the first time after the lockdown. I booked in advance to have two connecting rooms. I even called the front desk on the day I was checking in. This was ignored. Never mind that we did get connecting rooms in the end after I spoke to the manager. The room was mouldy and dusty, and I had to feed my boys anti-histamine to prevent an allergic reaction. There was NO internet coverage in the rooms. I informed the front desk and over 3 days, I was informed that their IT was resetting the router every time I asked. We went out at 8am, came back at 4pm. The room was not turned down. The sink in one of the room was choked and the TV does not work. We paid extra for a deluxe room and breakfast. They used to have an egg station. Now, we had to be content with nasi lemak buffet. The kids had nothing to eat. We had to go out for breakfast. The security of the location is another issue. The carpark gantries are no longer in use. Anyone can drive in and out without checks. Probably the last time I am staying there. This hotel feels more like a motel than a hotel. 0 star rating.

This is always my favourite hotel in JB. Despite their price is value for money, they do provide decent breakfast in their room booking. Staffs are warmth and friendly. Slight old hotel but it's reasonable priced. I will definitely come back again.
