Small hotel with comfort stay and quiet location

Quiet location and little bit far away from food outlets. Public parking and require coupon during the day (if there is enforcement). Room is great as this hotel is quite new and have very comfortable setup.

Spend your money else where

Budget place for a night stay. The place was run down n room is not clean. Fridge wasn't working and was replaced. The area is secluded and not in a good way. We won't be returning

Spacious hotel but housekeeping need to improve.

Parking lots are plenty, however the road is 1 way road which needs you to go 1 big detour if you missed it. Nevertheless, I still see cars disregard the one way nature of the road and go both directions. There is a Cafe next door which is quite expensive, I rather drove else where to eat. There is also a shop selling majority of the things at RM2, good shopping place for kids as toys wouldn't burn your pocket as much. There is also a 7-11 nearby which give you the convenience if you need to get anything. As for the hotel room, it is no doubt spacious, but TV is abit small and aircon is abit noisy. Toilet is very spacious as well, but toilet paper is limited. Shower is good, Heater no problem, water pressure no problem. The only 2 bad thing which is unacceptable is the pungent smell of the pillows and the Wifi which is terribly slow and keep disconnecting.

The room was too warm during our 1st night stay as the air cond found not service with all dust accumulated in it, I think it shouldnt be happened before we check in. Overall, receptionists and maintenance staffs are polite and friendly.

Nice and simple boutique hotel.

This is our return stay at this hotel, we like it for comfortable beds and breakfast. The receptionist is always friendly and helpful. Note: Expedia rates do not include free breakfasts though, which is dampening.

The room that I get has a multifunction shower door - it won’t shut properly, and when asked, the staff mentioned they are aware and have asked for maintenance to come. If you are aware of the condition, why still open the room for booking?

Worth with money.

Overall is great. The condition of hotel looks new. Staff is nice. Water dispenser is provided. The only think I have to highlight is there is a stain mark on the bed sheet cover and also the pillow.

We were greeted by the friendly staffs once we entered the hotel lobby. They are patience when I am finding the booking number but they are alert that they know by my name. After registered, we went to our room and find that the room is spacious, love it very much. The toilet is cleaned and tidy too. Overall staying there is excellent.

Everything was good except the location. Its new building new place havent got anything much yet. Hope to see more open shops next visit! The nearest shopping is aeon permas jaya.

Clean hotel near permas jusco

Hotel is still new and clean. Friendly staff and have many free parking space. Night time got security at main door. Suitable for family, couple or working purpose.

Relatively new boutique hotel in Permas Jaya

I used to stay in I Am jazz Hotel every time I go to JB for business trip. It's location is strategic and there were many shops surrounding it. However it became rather dated and I suspected it to have some dodgy activities. So I found this hotel which is located at another area facing the main road. Overall I had a great stay here (I'd stayed here twice so far). Will definitely come back for subsequent stats if they keep up maintaining the property properly.
